sad to see the bad reviews here. They must have had a different photographer. I came here for Christmas photos with my sister and the photographer did an excellent job. The quality of the results were well above what I expected from the price. Very patient and charismatic photographer. I hope we get her again for future shoots.

Purchased product online and showed up to a center not open. Went to another store and got the product and then would not be granted a refund at the photo center. They just put a sign up saying out of order but the nearest staff to us it’s because no one showed up to work that day. Phone rang 80 times with no answer. Still no refund and spent 34 minutes on hold with the 1-888 number.

Was going to buy movies that were bundle together. Got to cash register cashier took off securty band. She was going to charge me for each box . I said that they were bundle together why if they are sold seprate, cashier rudely stated because people still them. She was very rude about the whole issue. I left without the movies

My only complaint is they need more staff , one person is doing everything so is challenging to offer an amazing service.
