I would definitely recommend My Physio Sports& Rehab Centre.After my carpal tunnel surgery I needed to do physiotherapy. I worked with Physiotherapist (Parul Chauhan) she is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable she did an incredible job at removing alot of the scar tissue and swelling from my hand.She is very professional, friendly and awesome to work with. The front desk staff are also amazing to work with and are very accommodating.I was very satisfied and would definitely return to this My Physio Sports & Rehab Centre.

Great team, good people amazing treatment. Highly recommend My Physio.Went in to see the Physiotherapist (Kaveh) after shoulder surgery, he took his time assessing my shoulder and tailoring a treatment plan. Very knowledgeable, organized and easy to talk to.Saveria the massage therapist has been phenomenal helping me get my mobility back, working on my muscles affected by the surgery and going above and beyond treating circulation problems in my hand.Receptionist are very friendly and accommodating.If you’re looking for Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist this is the place to go.

Amazing clinic and very friendly staff! After my ankle fracture surgery I was recommended to go to My Physio Sports & Rehab Centre. My physiotherapist, Parul Chauhan did an incredible job helping me recover. She was very informative, welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be coming back in the future if needed to.

I would highly recommend My Physio to anyone. I’m currently recovering from ACL surgery and my progress has been exceptional at 10 weeks post-surgery. Kaveh has been guiding me through this process, very careful and understanding of my injury and tolerance. I’m very happy within his guidance and knowledge so far. The front desk staff and management are very friendly and accommodating. Booking appointments is very easy and processing benefit claims are seamless.I feel confident that I will fully recover from my ACL injury and look forward to coming back for all injury related issues I may deal with in the future.

I have been so pleased about my entire experience so far at My Physio. Rachel has been working with me since my ACL surgery 7 weeks ago and I’m shocked at how far I’ve come with her help! She is also so fun to chat with and makes the challenging exercises enjoyable!Parul also helped me with my concussion symptoms and I finally felt steady on my feet to prepare for ACL surgery. She focuses on making sure exercises progress as you do. She is also so sweet and genuine!The receptionists and management have been so helpful with bookings, dealing with claims and my insurance company, and setting up appointments to get my custom brace made and fitted.I feel confident in the care I am receiving and I truly feel like they have my best interests in mind. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write about my experience in case it helps anyone thinking about choosing My Physio. Finding a good physio place that actually cares about getting you better instead of just giving you a heating pad and TENS is hard. Switching to My Physio was the best decision I could have made for my healing journey!

I just received my last treatment at My Physio Sports & Rehab Centre and i am totally pleased with the outcome. Rachel did a wonderfully job at identifying the muscular discomfort I was having and her treatment was spot on. I am now pain free and able to continue my daily workout routine.Thank you, Rachel.

My physio at My Physio was excellent. My physiotherapist Kaveh Nikmard was superb. He was very attentive and professional. My knee after knee replacement surgery feels great thanks to Kaveh. Great job to the friendly and professional team all around. Thanks.
