Worked on my neighbors house, his team drove on my lawn and created a mess. When I pointed it out, the owner argued with me that the damage was already there (even though you could follow the groves in the mud to their vehicle.

Ils sont venus à 2 hommes faire un estimé d'installation de cheminée, un bon matin vers 7:30, puis, plus de nouvelles pendant 2 semaines. Une vraie perte de temps, une compagnie non responsable.Il ne sont pas capable d'installer une simple cheminée!!Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

I would give 6 stars if I could. This company is a rare example of how a business should operate - courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, helpful - all at a fair price. I specifically want to thank Julie, the receptionist and Anthony, the tech who did the work. If you have a chimney issue, you won't go wrong dealing with Pte Claire Chimney. I initially contacted this company based on their positive reviews and I am so glad I did. Kudos !!

If you want a job to come UNDONE a few months later then go ahead and book this company. We had our chimney sealed from the inside and outside. They never secured the inner sleeve so it was held up by a handful of tiny screws. We heard a loud bang and found the chimney sleeve had come flying down!The owner accused my husband and said you must have taken out the screws!" We never touched it! The owner's assistant did the interior closing and clearly needs more training. He never secured it properly. The owner wanted to charge us $350 to fix his mess which is what we paid for the first job! We said no way! Poor quality work and no ownership."

I would award 10 Stars if I could!!! Incredible team, very reasonably priced, answered all questions and guided us through the renovation.They went above and beyond to ensuring we were up and running Dec 21st so we could enjoy Christmas with our new gas fireplace! Highly recommend.

We had our chimney capped as we no longer use our wood burning fireplace. Service was extremely efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend their team, do not hesitate ! We will be using them in the future without a doubt.
