Staff aren't interested in helping clients in the office. More interested in looking busy with paper work. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else

It's 11:45 and I've been standing in a lineup outside for a while. Google says it's open 9-4. Signs all over the store say they are suppose to be open? No signs saying gone to lunch.. Not sure why it's not open but very inconvenient to drive all the way here when it clearly says it should be open.

I've been going here for my ICBC renewals since it opened as it is close to my house. I simply buy the basic coverage so it's a no brainier each time. Unlike other agencies I've dealt with, they realize from my grey hair that I've have done the ICBC rodeo enough times to know what I want. They never tried to upsell me. I appreciate that. They get the job done with minimal fuss.Insurance is an inconvenient necessity. Until ICBC gets into the new millenium and has online renewals like every other private provider, I'll continue to come here. Too bad for the brokers but that's life in the digi-age.I'm about to renew by phone during the current Covid antisocial networking. Well, I guess baby steps for ICBC are better than nothing.

Very poor customer relations skills. I have regret even walking in. I guess they just dont like blue collars ? Really hope management can hire some individuals who actually enjoy their job and provide good service ive came to expect over 8 years of dealing with them. Do yourself a favour and just go to sussex as they are friendly and always welcome customers.

The Co-operators have always been quick to assist me with my insurance needs, in particular for my motorcycle. This year, Ravi reviewed my file and felt I should get a bigger discount on my insurance than what had been accorded me, given I'd moved from out of province six years ago, but had never had an insurance claim.Not only did he save me several hundred dollars on my insurance for this year, I received a cheque in the mail for another several hundred refund from last year's insurance payment. I really appreciate Ravi and the Co-operators team always going the extra mile!

Consistently horrible service. I have lost money because the staff here have, two years in a row, failed to record my mileage so I can claim the ‘under 5000 kms per year’ discount. The staff member, Chris hunter, who I have had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with twice, is grumpy and unhelpful despite me bending over backwards to be friendly and kind (to try and get some sort of friendly response). I asked for a supervisor to contact me after the second time they dropped the ball, and no one called. I then wrote emails to the manager and the owner, requesting some sort of reply……crickets. There are so many other brokers around who are friendly and helpful, there is no need to waste your time and money just to be frustrated and let down by co-operators. I am both disappointed and surprised that a business who depends on customers to survive, is so dismissive of the people who keep them employed. Go to Capri, at any of their offices but especially the Brown Road, Westbank location, they seem to be much happier intelligent people who like their jobs. If you are looking for employment, don’t apply here, it seems a miserable place to work.

Melanie Lind was a joy to deal with. Knowledgeable and friendly, thinking outside the box and going above and beyond in my opinion.

Seems like everytime i go they are closed now open sundays . Double check online ok open 10am sunday. Get there and oh nope new hours closed sundays again. Super annoying

My husband and I went there for auto insurance and were treated very rudely by one A. Johnson. He kept us waiting when there were no other customers in the office and then insulted both of us. He was arrogant and condescending - we will never be back & do not recommend this business. This is the second time we went there and were treated poorly.

Very poorly run insurance broker inconsistent service. Extremely difficult to work with and Incapable of handling basic requests. I’d avoid using this location. There are better brokers in the West Kelowna area.
