Just for dry clean!!!! WTH!!!They gave us the receipt with no prices when we dropped our items for dry cleaning, that was ok as we could have never imagined that the price for two pieces would be $43…. This is SO RIDICULOUS! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Had daughter's gown dry cleaned. We are satisfied with cleaning and price. Also, tried to have a wedding gown cleaned. Priyanka was very good and kept following up with our issue until we were satisfied. Very good customer service.

I called beforehand and was given a quote for a queen size comforter $30 + tax. When it was time to pay, I was charged almost $50! The clerk told me they should have given me a wrong quote. On top of that, the stains on the comforter were still there, it looked like absolutely nothing was done to it. NEVER going back!! What a waste of time and money! Lied about the price and did nothing to clean the comforter. Super disappointed.

Priyanka, who works at this location, is very sweet. I went this morning to pick up my order and I ended up spending an hour just chatting with her. She was very helpful. Great customer service from Priyanka! Thank you!

I've become a regular user of this dry cleaners, and couldn't be happier with the experience. Priyanka really goes the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service. Once a shipment was delayed from the depot, and I received three calls updating me to when my order would be returned. I actually look forward to my weekly pick-up/drop-off! Love the service and the staff.

I had very bad experience at this place. They took a shirt from me to clean a simple stain. I got it back with no change. They wouldn't give me my other 3 shirts unless I pay for the whole bill including the work they had forgot and needed to do: leave all or pay for all!No reasoning, no flexibility, no can I talk to a supervisor! If you run into an issue with them it's hopeless. Ended paying for the work they didn't do. Cleaned the stain myself with web instructions. Should have done that to begin with!
