Pire experience. Service pourris.

Merci pour le bon service - délai court mais le rendement y était.

Délais longs et ils ne répondent jamais aux appels. Cela fait environ 1 mois que j'appelle plusieurs fois par semaine à différentes heures de la journée pour commander des uniformes d'école et ils ne me répondent pas. N'offrent pas de remboursement/échange quand les articles ne sont pas de la bonne taille.

Worst experience ever. I had a package coming in for Christmas which was delivered to this location. Since they close at 5pm and noon on Fridays I had trouble making it before closing hours. I sent my husband but they wouldn't give him the package even with a proof that we lived at the same address and my consent. I spoke to the owner who was very rude and of no help on a Tuesday. On thate Tuesday, after explaing to her that the package was a very important Christmas present for my kid, the only time I could pick it up was the Friday. She told me she would hold it for me but was not very happy about it. When I showed up Friday morning in a blizzard at 9:30 am, she has sent the package back. She was very rude and couldn't care less that it was my kids Main Christmas present. I don't recommend this place to anyone because they couldn't care less about their customers. To the lady who almost ruined Christmas, has no sympathy and made me drive all the wat to ST. Jerome in a blizzard. Not cool
