Not happy. They ripped the bottom of the couch then told me to call to schedule to fix it. I called and scheduled, yet no one showed up.

Customer service is not good I live in Caldwell and usually go through the caldwell store but I needed a fridge and they didn't have it at the caldwell store so I let them hook me up with nampa store when I got it it was filthy inside so we had to clean it before use they took off one payment which I suppose is better than nothing .then I needed a dryer so I go down to caldwell store this way I can see it and be sure it's what I want lol even took my trailer so I could take it home but they refused bro transfer me to caldwell which I know they can but I decide to let them do it since apparently they didn't wanna transfer me I got the email with the contract and signed it got confirmation email and then called them to pay my money was supposed to be here that day but all of a sudden they don't have my contract and say I need to finish signing it which I couldn't since like I told them it was done lol at this I was working and trying to deal with them it got to my house and was not left because they figured I was lying or something didn't get it till next day and I showed them my email and guess what I was right about it not being my fault . Rudest store I have ever dealt with and I've been using rent a center for a very long time .

My experience is always top notch with the employees at this store! Savannah and her team are knowledgeable and so easy to work with! They never hesitate to look for something not at their location and always go above and beyond!

Hugo & Thai were both AMAZING from the Nampa location. They were already on their way do deliver my dryer from being repaired and I noticed my washer started to make loud noises so they turned around and went back to the store to bring us a loaner washer as well so we wouldn’t be with out one over the weekend. Big thanks you guys!!! Very professional and friendly!!!

Bought $6000 dollars worth of furniture and it was supposed to be delivered today. Apparently they don't deliver it to the address you want them to and made us jump through a bunch of confirmations. What has the world turned to where a company tells you where the furniture will be delivered instead of you telling them where you want it. They wouldn't even allow me to pick up the furniture my self. I highly recommend you go somewhere else and don't waste your time or money here. Customer service also would not work with me at all and told me to just cancel my order.

The mgr Lehua is such a nice manager. Always trying to work with you. She's a good manager and a good person

Syvanna was the most delightful lady! she knew what she was talking about and was very pleasant. I was looking for a sectional and she knew everything I wanted. I will definitely be back to rent with you. Thank you so much for your great selection and your even better staff! :)

It was late afternoon on a Friday and my refrigerator went out on me. I could have used ice and ice chests, but I have injectable medication that must be refrigerated. I called the Nampa RAC and spoke to Megan. Long story short...I had a refrigerator delivered and set up in less than 2 hours. Great customer service!
