Very good customer experience from Matt, and Zac. Definitely recommend this golf shop.

Kinda over priced on their golf clubs and sets, lots of selection though, and very minimal assistance from the staff.

Went to go buy some grips, there was an employee standing in front of the grip rack (at the desk) putting clubs in a box. Never got out of the way. He could have moved to the employee side of the desk but nope. He saw I was looking and I even grabbed one but couldn't get to the ones I wanted. I went looking around and came back 5 minutes later he was still there. I'll go order elsewhere online.

Always the best selection and the staff is so awesome - helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! I shop here for all my golfing needs and when I’m shopping for gifts! Latest purchase was this evening when they helped me find exactly the two boxes of golf balls that I wanted. Thank you!

Good experience they let me try on a lot of shoes till I found the ones that were best fitting & grip.

Got to deal with Zach Prystai a few times when in the store. He offers the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Really easy to talk to, gives lots of info and seems like a genuinely good guy. A credit to Golftown Regina

Dropped my irons and fairway woods off to get regripped. I was asked by the staff to take my head covers home so the store doesn't lose them and was told they'd be careful" with them. Picked the clubs up a few days later and all my irons and my carbon fiber crowned fairway woods were just loose in a dry cleaning type bag banging on each other (when I dropped off they were placed in separate bags). Now half of my woods' crowns are scratched up. Really wish they would have let me leave the headcovers on. I've had all of the clubs less than 6 months and only played a few rounds with them and the heads are scratched up like they're 3 yrs old now (after spending 3 grand on them). The seasoned clubsmith they use to have is gone and it seems the younger staff they have now don't really care about the details. On a positive note the grips were done nicely

The manager Matt helped resolve a few issues i had with a driver. he was very attentive to details. called with lots of updates. cannot send enough praise to Matt's excellent customer service.
