Amazing Team!Stephanie has taken over ownership of the business seamlessly. The love she has for the fur babies in her care is second to none. You can tell that her and her team love what they do, and it is clear when you come home to your fur babies after their visits. Your fur babies will look not only happy to see you, but happy that they had a great time having a visit from their friends at Just Four Paws. I love knowing that when I go away that I can call on Stephanie and the Just Four Paws team to care for my babies like I would. They are professional, friendly, and provide so much love to my fur children. Thank you Stephanie to you and your team for providing such a wonderful service, and for always being their to show my fur babies some love when I have to be away from them! Gilbert, Tyson, and Kracken can not wait for their next visits with Just Four Paws!

Jessica from Just Four Paws took over Pet Pawsitive's Professional Pet Care Services. Just Four Paws is operating under the same business model as Pet Pawsitive was so rest assured you will receive the best care that the Quinte Region has to offer. Jessica went through intensive training for 30 days and is a true natural with all pets she interacts with. Jessica has definitely found her calling. Pet Pawsitive recommends Just Four Paws to all pet parents that only want the best for their furbabies!

She comes across nice, but has constant request for additional fees. Fees for key exchange, fees for our cat - that needs absolutely no care for the 1 time a week visit we had arranged and literally cannot accomodate any last minute requests. As twice requested were both denied. She requests everything to be booked highly in advance as the discussion at our first meeting and then was required to pay the entire summer upfront.. not visit by visit. Things change and its hard to schedule in this way to make sure you have care for your dog which poses challenges when things change and change requests a day or two in advance cannot be accomodated.

Had a mistake in the scheduling, our fault but after trying to reschedule for the correct date was told we wasted her time? Not sure how being paid after she sat in her car for 5 minutes before leaving and not providing any services is considered a waste of her time. Was then told to look for alternative care, not a very good business owner. You were paid for a service you didn't provide and still felt the need to complain. Not sure I know anyone who is making $6 a min.Wouldn't recommend, lots of other pet sitting services available and at alot cheaper rates.

Steph and her team are professional, knowledgable and easy to work with. Most importantly, it's obvious that they genuinely love the animals that are in their charge. Our dog Reggie and our cat Bentley have both received care from Just Four Paws and we have been incredibly happy with the services they've provided. My boyfriend works out of town each week and Reggie loves his dog walking visits while I'm at my job!When we were on holiday last month, Steph contacted me to let us know that Bentley had a sizeable tick on him and that it should be safely removed by a vet. She arranged the vet appointment and took him the following day. I was a bit nervous about how he would handle a visit as he had been a stray and had not yet been to a vet, but Steph kept me updated and assured me he was a great patient! Just last week, when Sara arrived for Reggie's dog walking visit, she realized that he had been sick in his crate and was unwell. I was immediately notified and was able to leave work early. Sara volunteered to stay longer than her scheduled visit just so Reggie wasn't alone before I got there. When I arrived, I found him happily curled up with her, and his crate completely cleaned out. I was very grateful that she was there for him while he was feeling so sick.I highly recommend Just Four Paws and their pet sitting services. My furbabies love their visits and I know that they are in safe hands while I am not home!
