Patricia a un grand sens de l’espace, elle est agréable, optimiste, minutieuse et perfectionniste. Elle m’a donné tout au long de l’appui et des bons conseils pour le choix du comptoir, lavabo et petits détails. I was happy

It is all right I suppose, most of what Steam does is copied from German and Italian kitchen design. What's shocking though is that the price is also copied. There is nothing in their collection that's truly original. To be quite frank, for Steam's price tag, I'd rather deal directly with either an Italian or better still, a German kitchen maker and have an original and far superiors product.

Notre cuisine est maintenant moderne, optmisée et inspirante. On recommande très fortement les services de cette entreprise si vous cherchez une cuisine qui est de haute qualité et taillée sur mesure pour vos besoins. Que nous sommes chanceux d'être tombés sur ces cuisinistes!

I'm delighted with my beautiful kitchen from Steam and the excellent service I received.

I was not happy with the way the design of my island and kitchen was going and decided to not continue working with them. I was ready to give them a kill fee for the computer generated designs even though I was not satisfied at all. I was thinking that $1000 was more than fare for the work they did. I had asked them to come and see my space but was told they don’t go visit houses. This was one of the main problems and why they didn’t understand the space. When I asked them what the kill fee would be ( I had given them a deposit of close to $10k. They threatened me that if I didn’t go with them they would charge me $3000 for the layouts they did for me that I was not at all satisfied with. In fact the last layout for my island I had to hire an outside designer who came to see my kitchen. I found this amount to be grossly exaggerated and spoke with several other kitchen designers that agreed with me. I was told they would deduct the $3000 from my deposit. I have yet to get any money back and have since contacted a lawyer who suggested that I take them to court. I would advise great caution if you decided to work with them.

Excellente expérience du design jusqu'à l'installation.Notre designer, Marie-Sophie, a su écouter nos besoins et aspirations tout en proposant des améliorations issues de son savoir-faire.La qualité des matériaux et quincaillerie proposés a bonifié le projet.Pour l'installation, Olivier et son équipe ont fait un travail impeccable et minutieux.Notre cuisine de rêve s'avère être au-delà de nos attentes jusque dans les moindres détails!

Je suis énormément satisfaite du service reçu de Cuisines Steam et je recommande leur équipe sans aucune hésitation! Ma designer - Patrizia - est demeurée à l'écoute et disponible pendant tout le processus. Olivier et Mathieu ont installé la cuisine avec un véritable souci du détail et la finition est parfaite. Les matériaux utilisés sont de qualité et l'investissement en vaut la peine. Merci à toute l'équipe de Cuisines Steam!

Our kitchen and dressing room, tatami room and entertaining floor designer Marie France is passionate and knowledgeable on all the details we either thought of or unthought of. Great sense of material and color and practicalities. We enjoyed having her as our designer. The Steam staffs and installers are also to be commented. We had some issue with countertop quality and installation, they painstakingly went through over and over again until the quality met our expectation. We would recommend this team to anyone.
