Purchased 4 of the wish stools in white vinyl. Great product even if a bit pricey. I am disappointed that I was not given the option to stain guard. A few drips of coffee landed on one of the seats and it won't come out - I have tried everything. Valley Direct was helpful but didn't offer to replace.

My absolute favourite furniture store!! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Products I have purchased are well priced and amazing quality.

Great buying experience with Valley Furniture on Fraser Hwy. Mark was very helpful in making sure everything went smoothly with the purchase and delivery of our new sectional. We will be back for some more unique pieces.

Went into the store and asked a sales rep for some help and they disappeared in the back and never returned. I was left by myself and had no way of asking any questions or purchasing anything if I wanted to. I thought that was bad until I saw the prices, super overpriced and for the quality it was not worth it. I had much better luck and customer service at Mason's at a considerable cheaper price.

Bought four dining room chairs back in mid fall and was advised they would be delivered early in the new year. They however showed up in mid March not so much the stores fault but they should’ve been better aware of timelines from their manufactures . I made two calls on two occasions to get updates with no one getting back to me on the first two occasions. These chairs were close to $3000 for the four of them, in this day of crazy prices not sure if that’s still falls into the category of expensive anymore . I had to pick the chairs up as delivery is not included without a surcharge. I am very familiar with these chairs as I have eight of the same ones in my summer home. I was extremely disappointed when I got these chairs home with the general quality compared to the other ones that I have. The cushions are thinner. The overall weight of the chair is much lighter and the finish on them on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say is 1 ,very poor. I reached out to Mark at the store now on three occasions, both phone calls and emails. Finally on the third email got a response and he said he would come and have a look at them. I advised that I was heading out of town in two weeks and could we do that before I leave . I have heard nothing in the two weeks . Very poor customer service especially from what I understand is the owner. To say that I am not pleased, would be an understatement.

Awesome selection, great customer service and quality pieces. Just received my dining table with bench and coffee table. First class service all around. The two young men delivering my order were courteous, polite and efficient. From now on Valley Direct will be my go to place.

Great family run furniture store with a great selection of furniture and accessories. Really great to work with and are very helpful. Great eye for design and they decorate many of the lottery and show homes.

We live in North Van and were happy to drive out to Valley Direct for their amazing service and wonderful selection of furniture. We just bought a sectional, chair and a couple of pieces of wall decor. Love the products they carry in the store and love that it's a small company. I like supporting those businesses. Leslie gave us exceptional service! We will definitely be back for more : )
