Great service and awesome staff. Had a central air system installed and had some issues but they resolved the issue in a timely manner and even put up with my attitude in this heat wave... they the real MVP's.

Great technicians, just hard to get a hold of. Hopefully in the new year they’ll call me back… :(

I had a major furnace breakdown at the end of November. Of course, on a friday night. Very prompt service at a reasonable price. The technician was very friendly and professional.

Have used Middleport Mechanical for 10 years since they installed a new a/c unit and furnace. Most pleased with the yearly maintenance! Sheila in the office is always so helpful and all lhe technicians are great!

Company is doing work in Wilsonville, ON, on Concession Road 3.Unsafe driving; I was cut off when their truck and trailer pulled out infront of me leaving the jobsite!Then, to top it off, they ran the stop sign to turn left off of Concession 3.If this is how they drive, how safe and reliable can there work be?

Usually I call Middleport for cooling and heating but on Sunday Jan. 2nd when I had no heat they had no technician availabe. no 24/7 service unfortunately.

Installed the wrong fireplace to start.After final install found out they did not insulate (which they said they would). Also found out there was a gas leak due to incorrect installation. Had to call in a different provider (Hearth and Home)to fix.I emailed Middleport with no response. Very disappointed with there negligent service.

Ive used this business twice, once to repair a tankless hot water heater and once to get a new one installed. The first time they told me that the service would be covered by a warranty, all I would be responsible for would be $50. The bill came and was well over $500.I didn't want to have to use them again, but when our water heater broke, the only way to get the warranty was to use the company that installed it so I didn't have much choice. I called them, they said they would come Wednesday between 12-4, I made sure I was available. They did not show up. They rescheduled for thursday; again, did not show up. They rescheduled for friday and AGAIN did not show up so we were left without hot water through the weekend.After two weeks, I was able to get the warranty and have a new hot water heater installed, but the bill was exorbitant. Apparently it takes 5 technicians over 12 hours to swap out a hot water heater. When I asked them to clarify the bill they said they would get back to me. Two weeks later I got the same bill in the mail with no explanation.This company is a rip off. If you can use someone else I highly recommend it!

My fireplace needed service and I wanted a remote control installed as well. Appointment was easy to make and Shane showed up at exactly the time he was scheduled! He took the fireplace completely apart and cleaned and serviced it and made all necessary adjustments. He was okay with me watching and answered all my questions with clear explanations and in a friendly and professional manner! He installed my new remote and it now works perfectly. Respected my home with shoe covers and cleaned up work site when done. Shane did an excellent job! I highly recommend both Shane and Middleport Mechanical for your HVAC needs.
