Brought in our car after a hit'n'run. Staff and service were very friendly and helpful; communication was splendid; results were immaculate. Can't recommend enough. Truly a hands-off experience and wouldn't hesitate to come back if another accident happens. Car looks and feels brand new.

Highly recommended-When a tree fell onto my trunk lid, I took my car to AutoLux for a full repair (covered by insurance). They completely repaired the damage (replaced parts and repaired damage, repainted everything, etc) and made the trunk of my car look new again. I was very happy with the quality of work that they did. Everything about this shop seems high quality and high class.

I had an accident and the paint on the passenger side was really scratched up, you could see it from a distance.My insurance company gave me several options for places to bring it but i love my BMW and didn't want just anyone working on it. As soon as they said Autolux was available i said yes because I've been driving by it for years and they always have luxury vehicles on display. I figured if they can maintain and repair those i can trust them with mine.Absolutely amazing!! I swear it looks better now than before the accident! They even went the extra mile and completely cleaned my car, including the engine bay! Just got my car back. I think this is up there with the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The car somehow looks better than it did before. More importantly, this place is run like a business should be; clean, welcoming, professional and efficient. Special thanks to the Manager Tony. The insurance company was giving me a really hard time (comparatively some of the worst customer service I've ever seen) and thanks to his professionalism and expertise, justice was served. 10/10 will definitely refer to anyone who asks.

The experience my wife and I had at Autolux with the repair of our 2016 BMW X3 was amazing , from the booking of the appointment for the assessment of the damages to the actual date and time of repair was flawless, Mr.Morgese and his team are what a professional shop should be. I got a call from the appointment coordinator telling me the truck was ready ( in less than a week!) We got the truck back an wow ! It looked like brand new, cleaned inside out, too! To Mr. Morgese and his team, thank you for a great experience! 10 star!
