Wouldn't recommend them!Delivered the furniture with wrong pillows for the sofa and told us to use them or find new pillows ourself.He agreeded the the pillows are wrong but after months of back and forth he kept telling us next month it will come and it never comes.More than 6 months are gone n we have mismatched pillows for the sofa.

I had the worst experience with this furniture store. Not only was the customer service terrible, but the staff seemed to have no regard for ethics. I would not recommend this store to anyone and will be sure to spread the word about my negative experience

WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE.Low quality furniture and no promises for warranty. Couches purchased 4 months ago has broken and I have yet to hear from Metin so fix these issues I am experiencing.

Horrible customer service. Quite shameful as only services Turkish clients over other ethnicities. I am very disappointed in this business. The ministry of labour of Ontario will be notified of such practice.
