Called them an hour before close on a wet, icy, stormy Friday. Didn't expect to get my oil that day. The truck showed up 20 minutes later.Also a few years ago when we first moved. The driver offered to bleed our furnace for us free of charge. Great guys.

Worst customer treatment I've ever had! I ran out of oil on Remembrance Day and out of respect, I waited until today, November 12th, to call for delivery. I was told that because I'm not on automatic fill up delivery that they could not help me. They just lost a very long time customer simply because I could never scrounge up enough money to fill my tank and go on automatic delivery. It's 55 degrees Fahrenheit in here and they said, Sorry
