Highland Towers Apartments

It’s very good management the apartments are very beautifulI am leaving here 17 years and I love it and I like to live here because the area is very nice the people who managing they’re very friendly

Worst place to live! The windows are leaking and black mold keeps growing around it. I complained numerous times, then the management sent someone to clean the mold. Then a few days later the back mold grows back. Despite I mention I have a baby in the apartment they refuse to change the windows, all winter we have to deal with this. Also my bathroom and and surrounding rooms smells of second hand cigarettes smoke because some is smoking in their unit. I have also complain about this. The management just keep sending a letter to keep track of the times. I have a long list of dates and time for a period of 1 year. White Oaks apartment is the worst place I ever experience. Its better spending your money where you can be comfortable. Me and my husband pays around 1635.00 per month for rent including parking.

The lady was very lovely and answered my questions professionally.

Christina in the office was very helpful. Gave lots of information about the rentals as I am looking to move there. The buildings look very clean and surrounding good stores.

This is safe and friendly community to live. The location is comvient to the highway to local shops, library, banks, etc

Easily the worst place I've lived in my life.They have zero respect for the tenants and invade your apartment with noise constantly.Enjoy waking up to powertools 3 days/week.They seem to be constantly doing some kind of construction, yet when you ask them to make a routine repair in your apartment they will fight you tooth and nail.Just another scam to fleece Canadians for whatever they can get and send the money back to the desert.

We are giving you a 4 star because the building facilities and spaces are all old and require up keeping. The lack of attention to building infrastructure and the tenants there of should be taken serious by the property management company. These are not good quality living standards.

If you are traveling this way, you will most likely find a cop vehicle inside because there is some crime or the other happening. The water quality is not that great, you may experience some hair fall. But apartments are spacious, so is balcony and the price is affordable. Just for this it is worth.

I used to love it here back in the 80’s when I lived here before because there was RESPECT for the the tenants. The super was polite and he kept the building’s bug free! Maintenance sucks now due to the office staff and everything changed. This place has gone from bad to GET me out of here. Totally disappointed in Capreit!

Great customer service and big spacious rooms for an affordable rate. There was a young lady who was very helpful I think her name Kristina.
