Absolutely recommend them. Great customer service! I talked with John, who was very professional, and answered my questions with extra information. I went there 30 minutes before their close hours. They replaced my front windshield quickly and nicely with a very reasonable price. Great place and great people.

Found on Facebook market place, replied to my message promptly and set up an appointment to come in a couple days later. They handled the icbc claim, couldn’t have been easier. The Guys were friendly and finished before estimated wait time which was nice since I came in from Richmond.

This happens more than I would like it to but I seem to always break my rear window. Every time I call Diamond Glass they get me in right away and get it fixed. Yesterday it was freezing and raining heavy. I broke the glass at 12 on a Saturday. I gave them a call and they had it fixed by 3:00. Thanks a lot guys!Good local shop. Top Notch Service.

Came in here for a replacement windshield on my Durango, they did all the standard things like replace the glass, give me a great price, Bill ICBC directly.But this location did the things that set it apart from basic service. Before dropping the truck off I personally removed my oil change sticker from the windshield and stuck it on my dashboard so that it didn't accidentally get thrown out. When I picked my truck up, not only had they noticed that I moved this sticker and put it back, they also spent the time to clean my dashboard of dust dirt, etc, and took the time to adjust and cleanup the wiring I added, for the microphone to my Bluetooth system, mounted by the mirror. Cleaning the dashboard seems like such a small thing, but picking up your vehicle and getting that smell of automotive detailing products from them cleaning the dashboard really does give you an extra sense of pride in your own vehicleCleaning the dashboard, making sure the oil change sticker is not lost, and tidying up wiring found in the area are absolutely not the responsibility of a glass replacement technician, but it really sets them above, and shows their attention to detail. As a mechanic, this leads me to believe that the rest of their work will likely be absolutely meticulous!Highly recommend this shop!

At first glance, I scrolled past Diamond Auto Glass because they had fewer than 100 Google reviews. When I called another place who no longer offered glass services, I asked the operator who they would recommend and they directed me here... I'm so glad they did. What amazing, prompt service. I spoke to John, who offered & arranged pickup/dropoff from my home which was a critical benefit for me, as a parent looking after kids on a tight schedule. They even made time for my repair on the day that I called, returning it within 5 hours -- even on a busy day! I was so impressed with this service that I started writing this review even before they came to get my vehicle!Having said that, I have waited to post this review until the vehicle was safely returned -- the glass looks perfect! Like new. 10/10 would use Diamond Glass again; will be directing my friends towards this business. Don't miss out like I almost did!
