Fairly standard market, but with very good selection and larger layout. Parking close by is a pain but there are overflow lots nearby.

Coquitlam Farmers Market
I’ve been to many Farmer’s Markets within the lower mainland. This one is by far the most organized with the best selection of vendors. The market staff always greet shoppers coming through the tent that has great signage and hand sanitizers available. Lots of local bakers, artisans, produce farmers, frozen food vendors and food trucks available. Changes every week too so it’s always nice to try new things. Plenty of parking and lots of room to social distance. Great job!

Pet friendly, can take your well behaved pet and kid to shop. Produce is expensive but looks fresh. Crepe Mediterranean is good. Bakery has okay stuff but I noticed flies on it. They should cover bread and pastries.

Coquitlam Farmers Market
The prices are obviously higher than a big box grocery store, but I don't mind if it's supporting local. I wish there was a bit more to it to allow us to spend more time here.The kids really enjoy the POP program which gives them a token worth $3 on produce after completion of some fun educational activities and a worksheet.

I'm starting to like this farmers market more and more. It's become quite popular. So therefore, there's more vendors, more choices. I can't wait for tomato season!
