shows my order as picked up and completed but I haven’t even gone to pick it up. Tried calling a dozen times and they pick up and hang up or pick up and don’t say anything and hang up. Wouldn’t recommend this place, pick a different uHaul!!

Worst customer service by “Lee” at the desk. Employee was extremely rude to a customer ahead of myself at one pointed she stated “there’s no magic fairy that goes around to take locks off!” when a customer was trying to regain access to his unit, along with loudly telling his financial business for the entire store to hear (very rudely). There was in fact another worker standing around that could have helped him. Seems like “Lee” got a little bit of authority and likes to take it out on customers. Very poor customer service, Uhaul should keep people with attitudes like that behind the scenes at the very least. I left the store without making a purchase.This happened between 12-1 pm on Friday August 26.

I was told 2 days before my reservation (which I booked months in advance) that the truck was not available and to come to this location for a truck of a different size. The location listed doesnt even exist, its also listed as closed forever on Google. I wasted an hour of my life driving around trying to get a truck. Classic UHaul.

Trucks were clean, the staff did their best, but u-haul let the staff down by not having a reliable system

Called numerous times, rang 1-3 times than it would pick up and call would immediately end. Kept calling out of frustration for someone not doing their job properly. Eventually it would pick up and seemed like the person would put the receiver on the desk and I could hear them in the background shuffling. Called once more after this and phone picked up and a loud noise ensued for about 10 seconds until I hung up. Seriously a terrible terrible experience whoever that person is should be fired immediately. May 27th 2022 1:30pm. Whoever is working a shift that day should be fired.

Was hard to locate apparently there are two locations on Bluewater found the one hidden in civic pride
