Just picked up my skis from my first DiNardo tuning experience.They have a great format for drop off and notifications for pick up.Skis were finished early and they did a perfect job.Thank you for a No Bull experience.

Best Ski Boot Fitter in Ottawa AreaI purchased new downhill skis in the Fall and I really appreciated Frank’s advice. The skis he recommended are perfect for my level and style. I want to give high praise to Frank and Paul and rest of his team in getting me into properly fitted boots. I’m in my mid-50s with terribly sore feet, large bunions, swollen ankles, a crooked big toe … you get the not so pretty picture. Frank chose the boots and from there Paul started the process of expanding the plastic shell in different spots and creating custom footbeds.I had this done before many years ago at a different shop on the Québec side and Dinardo’s work is superior. Frank’s and Paul’s expertise is extraordinary. I have skied all winter with my new boots and they are like slippers. If you’re looking for the right advice and equipment, invest in Dinardo’s expertise, it is well worth it.

Just bought a new pair of ski boots from Dinardo's. Frank and the team were great through the whole process, They took the time to make sure the boot fit my feet and fit my experience as a skier. I loved how they walked me through everything they were doing, it really helped me get the most out of the boot fitting and learn from the experience.

They took such good care of me! They saved my weekend ski trip from total ruin! I was trying to throw together a full set of equipment the week before I was meant to leave. I went to buy boots from Dinardo’s because they came highly recommended around town as the place to go to get a good fitting. They really are EXPERT boot fitters — they’re all very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. In addition to carefully heat moulding my boots, they also offered to fit the boots to the skis I already had (not from them) and make sure the bindings were properly tightened. Since I was cobbling together gear from various sources, I did not understand that the ski bindings I had were not very adjustable, and I had got them used from someone a size bigger than me. They really tried to make it work, but in the end it wasn’t something that could be done with such short notice. They stayed open late to help me quickly find a pair of tuned skis ready for the weekend! Imagine if I had made the trip without stopping there first! Amazing service, they really went above and beyond for me. Thank you Dinardo’s!

Recently purchased an electric bike for my wife at Dinardo's. This has changed the game for our biking adventures. It is the great equalizer for couples (or anyone else) that ride a traditional bike at different paces. Frank and the team picked out a Canadian made entry level bike with a very reasonable price point. Tested things out on a 35k ride with a couple of steep slopes that I would never have imagined doing together in the past-ending up with me panting at the top of the hills where my wife was waiting with a smile on her face.

Chris here. I bought Blizzard Thunderbird R13 skis with the active C armor plates. These skis are absolutely fantastic.Also my wife and I bought Technica walking shoes which are molded to the individual feet. These are also fantastic and my wife swears by them. Frank's shop is a good place to go for equipment.

I’m 65 and have been skiing since I was a kid. Took a lesson last winter from Frank who pointed out that my equipment was holding me back. I bought new skis, boots and poles at the end of last season (all recommended by Frank)and am I glad that I did. I hadn’t realized that ski boots don’t have to hurt! My new boots are super comfy, warm and perform superbly. My new skis are an absolute blast! Turns are quicker/livelier and edging is much stronger. Plus, I don’t get tired as quickly! Even my old poles were too long. My new poles encourage a proper stance and complete the package. Frank was bang on with his recommendations and he and Paul did a super job fitting the equipment and setting me up.I highly recommend Dinardos for all of your ski equipment needs. They will work with you to ascertain your needs and set you up in equipment that you’ll love.As a post script, my wife has also purchased all new equipment this year from Dinardos and she is a strong, expert skier. Her skiing has improved (and her fun quotient)and I’ve got to put a lot of credit back on the equipment.

Frank helped us with the purchase of new skis for the whole family last spring (less my son who had already bought new skis early last winter).I was so excited to try my new Volkl Race Tigers this winter and finally got out today 19-Dec-2022.My Volkl's are amazing!My wife is also happy with her new Kastles as well.Thank You!Great advice!Ken, Jocelyne and Michelle

The staff here are very knowledgeable, described the issues with my bike in detail and simple terms. They also presented me with great options for new wheels as there was a big bike sale. Partnered with reputable brands for 20+ years, i. e. Minelli.
