Wonderful experience here so far. Dr. Zhu is very professional and honest. He always tries to find the best plan and give his honest opinions. Dr. Zhu really cares my teeth health and even tries to save my money. The staff here are helpful and friendly. Would recommend here to anyone.

I had the most awesome experience at Upper Bayview Dental. I had my dental crown done here. It was a very tricky situation and Doctor Zhu was very patient with my questions and I had a lot of questions. I never felt rushed at all and Doctor Zhu was always able to address my concerns with actionable solutions and the result was perfect. All of the office staff were very friendly and professional. You can expect top-notch, high-quality service plus a lot more. I would highly recommend this dental office for anyone who's looking for a new dentist or just maybe need a second opinion on your dental needs, I'm confident you will not be disappointed.

I appreciate excellence! Dr Zhu scheduled my urgent root canal before my winter time away, and his quality care, personable approach, and follow-up was the best. Really the best! My regular dentist Dr Zelsman completed a perfect crown, and these two doctors tag-teamed my needs very well together.I almost look forward to next time...

Dr. Zhu is a phenomenal dentist, and I highly recommend him to all my family, friends, clients and colleagues. He is an extremely skilled professional, but takes the time to answer any questions or concerns in an informed, caring and compassionate way. I had my thorough initial assessment and was very impressed with Dr. Zhu's calm, respectful, explanatory manner. Soon after, my 92-year-old mother had a dental emergency and was not a patient or from the area. Dr. Zhu fit her in the next day. She became a patient due to his compassion, kindness, patience, and technical expertise. Dr. Zhu took care to explain x-rays, photos, options and a challenging plan. His assistant Minerva was equally kind, cheerful, and efficient, helpfully providing a warm blanket when my mom was cold during a long procedure.My two experiences with the hygienist, Derick, were equally impressive.The experience at the clinic turned dental anxiety into a positive experience for both my mother and a family friend's daughter.The warm welcome from receptionists Amy and Natalie, direct billing, compassionate care and attentive regard for patients are all reasons I will continue my dental care at Upper Bayview Dental.

My family has always been very wary of dentists, but Dr. Zhu has earned our trust and seal of approval. Dr. Zhu is the most professional dentist I have come across. My father has been experiencing very complicated issues with his teeth, which would be very costly and challenging to resolve.
