Marcelle-Ferron Nursing Home

My father has been in the residence since May 2022. I can't say enough how wonderfully my father has been cared for..they are an amazing staff and my father has built close relationships with them.. I am happy to say that soon my mother will be transfered there as well.. my family is very greatful and relieved that we don't have to worry and thank the staff for their love and kindnessThe Amos family

Je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe de l'unité de vie au 3e étage de Marcelle-Ferron pour les soins donnés à ma mère en mars 2022. Les préposés à l'étage, les infirmières, l'infirmière-chef, la travailleuse sociale, la nutritionniste, la T.E.S. , la physiothérapeute, la technicienne en loisirs et ... (j'en oublie sûrement) ont tout fait pour offrir un accueil chaleureux rempli d'humanisme. Je n'ai jamais ressenti que je dérangeais dans mes demandes. Ma mère a été respectée dans toute sa dignité du début à la fin. Le CAMF est un CHSLD qui offre plusieurs services pour permettent aux résidents de poursuivre leur épanouissement dans leur nouveau milieu de vie. Merci pour cet accueil et pour la transparence au niveau de la communication. Cela est rassurant pour la famille.

Félicitations aux membres du personnel ainsi qu,au personnel soignant et employés d,entretient pour avoir réussi à combattre la Covid , les règles de sécurités contre les infections ont été respectés et le résultat est que le virus a arrêté sa progression et il, ne reste que quelques cas. Merci de tout le travail que vous avez accompli pour éradiquer ce virus

Short staffed over extended workers

This is a really well run place and the people working there do care and helpful.

The staff work very hard, above and beyond. It takes a special kind of person to care for our elderly beyond the basic job description and most of the staff treat them as if it was their own. This Centre is known as being better than others. Amazing. They should all be seen as heros, even more now in the age of Covid.....BRAVO!

Staff is so friendly and cares a lot. I knew from the start that my grandmother was in good hands. Even during covid, everybody did their best to take care and entertain the residents while respecting the sanitary precautions.

Moving my mom from one center to another I know she is where she needs to be. This centre is superb and you can tell the professionals who work there love their job and the residents.
