I was there to order around 8.45 pm today . First of all , I was waiting for few minutes to order without having no online and it not being busy. I was it’s ok , I can understand..it’s Friday evening , staff might be tired . Then, there was Phillipino lady came in to take order when another coworker told her that there is someone waiting to order , she replied like annoying person ,”I know .. then another lady said , you didn’t wanna take order , she said I will..I didn’t wanna make their complicated, thought May be they are tired.. just ordered two apple pies, guess what .. she didn’t even warmed it .. gave me extremely cold pies.. no thank you bye.. annoying face that’s what I saw.. I felt like I did no harm to her, why she is showing terrifying attitude to me , just because I ordered food. I worked several years in fast food industry and now in customer service as a manager, didn’t expect this kind of service especially who is known for quality..I couldn’t enjoy what I paid for … I had to eat cold food, these kind of people are never thankful for their job. She needs to change her so called attitude and do her job properly otherwise needs to be gone . If I heard her name right.. it was Jessi etc . I hope Macdonald will work on it because I am regular there and don’t want to experience this kind of service again.

Just another regular McDonald's. Staff seems not well trained because customers need to proactively greet them to be served. The drive thru loop is not designed well either. With a narrow entrance, drive in cars could often block the drive out cars. It could be chaos during busy hours. And the driver Thu is not 24 hours.

I was having a bad day and went for a meal. The nicest, most genuine employee started talking to me and really just changed my perspective of my day, Brooklynn should be given a raise or a firm pat on the back as she seems to be the biggest asset the location has to offer.

April 28, 5:20pm. I ordered and waited at parking. Went home found out order not just wrong but missing. I ordered 1 Big Mac and 1 MacChicken meal and 1 extra Big Mac. Ended up with 2 Big Mac meals !!! Don’t know they do this daily

As somebody who has previously worked in the fast food industry I can attest that the service here is sub-par, and the food was sloppy. When I opened my box I found the contents had been strewn all about as if it had been put through the spin cycle.Would not recommend.

This location gave my girlfriend the most insane food poisoning experience ever. ***DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION*** had to go to ER for a full 24 hours to have fluids due to food poisoning so extreme it lasted more than 48 hours. **DO NOT GO***

Horrible wait time! Been there a few times and the drive thru is always busy. Decided to use pick up this time. As you can see, the reserved" pick up spots were all parked

Terrible and slow service. They make you wait 5 mins in drive through to only tell you they’ve ran out of something. Service is so slow that the line gathers all the way to Cambie Rd.

I placed a mobile order, one happy meal with hot cake with fries is missing. I go back inside the restaurant and talk to the staff nicely, suddenly one lady come over and act to mean said the order is there, after showing them the whole order I dise the bag, she found out one hot cake is missing and give me back, she doesn't even apologise. When I back insdeisr the car and double check the whole order, one small fires still missing, so I have to go back again, that lady saw me and come to me what is missing this time, so I told her the small fires is not there, and I asked is her manager is here, she said she is the Manager of the restaurant, but her attitude is so rude and horrific, act like want to start a fight with me!!!!!!!!! I ordered but didn't get the food right, is the customer fault????????? Is the customer service and the manager skills really like this nowadays?????????? I totally cannot understand
