Had a good chat with the salesman about the delay expected to get my jockey box and attachments, which was supposedly a few weeks + at the earliest, due to the busiest time of the season, but he made it happen in less than 5 working days at my doorstep.Very happy with the performance , no foaming from the tap, and very happy wedding guests. This is an email I sent to the company today:Ron,Just a quick Thank You for my new shiny stainless steel Jockey Box.It arrived at my doorstep just a handful of days after I ordered it, just as you assured me that it would.The shipping tracking let me know when it was arriving and that's always a huge help with planning.I used my new Jockey Box to pour three 1/6 bbls of my beer at a local brew fest this past Saturday.All of the connections are well thought out and were basically ready to use when the box arrived.I had already set it up and poured sanitizer / cleaner / water / beer through it to test it out and Saturday went like an easy breeze.I served a Hefeweizen, a Hazy IPA and a Double Black IPA through my new Jockey Box, they all poured very well and I ran out of the first two beers before the end of the fest.The box itself was really easy to setup / break down, easy to clean and easy to store.Also, I think I mentioned in a previous email that I had another, cheaper cost estimate for a similar Jockey Box from another company here in the U.S. but they didn't respond as quickly nor did they answer my questions as well as you did, and that's why I went with you and your company.I really feel like your customer service was exemplary.I own two small businesses including my brewery and I know how important it is to have good customer relations.I'm very happy with my purchase / investment and I thought that I would shoot you a quick email to say as much.Thank you again and Cheers!Bill DaviesHunter's BrewingChesterton IN 46304

My item was easy to find with them. The process time was quick as well as the delivery. I might have difficulty using them again due to the cost of shipping. Ouch!!
