Jiffy Lube

The worst oil change location that I have ever experienced was at jiffy lube Windermere. The Worst manager and the worst franchisee to dealt with after breaking oil filter cap and zero accountability. If you like your vehicle to last longer then AVOID this location. This location's manager and franchisee need to take some customer service courses thru jiffy lube corporate office. I will never bring my cars or do business with these type rude and self centered individuals that take zero accountability for their mistakes and amends for their mistakes. I would give them a big ZERO star for the service and customer service but there is such option on this page.

Went here a couple times for an oil change and other various things . Decided to do it myself the next time.Let me be clear, noone else has touched my vehicle prior to this except them.First I found my scrape guard damaged and not correctly installed. Second my drain plug was rounded and over tourqed. Had to take it in to a different shop to have it removed and replaced.Will never trust this location with my vehicle again. If they can't take care of such basic things correctly, what else are they doing wrong?Update:The owner spoke to me directly and offered me solutions for this mishap. I appreciate that he went out of his way to rectify the situation.

The guys here are AMAZING. I took my car in for an oil change and the last change I'd done was at the dealership. The dealership hadn't told me how many kms my oil change was good for but sent me an email saying it was time. I took it to this location of Jiffy Lube and they looked up the oil the dealership had used and told me I was good for another 3k kms. They checked the oil just in case, cleaned my windshield, topped up my windshield washer fluid and said I was good to go...not asking for payment. I bought some wiper blades cause I needed new ones and they deserved to get paid for their time. They were awesome and I'll definitely come here from now on! Thank you to the wonderful team there!

Came for a suspected” oil change due to my service repair lights going off, I was informed that there was no need for an oil change as I still had a good amount left. I was received by Alex! The most professional and sweetest person ever. He reassured me that there was no need for an oil change and just to come back later. This was my first experience coming to a oil repair service shop and I give it a 10/10. He was quite formal, had the facts and I left with no doubts. I recommend 100% coming here!

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change and was blown away by the exceptional service I received. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was in tip-top shape. I was particularly impressed by their honesty - they never tried to upsell me on services that my car didn't actually need, which is unfortunately a rarity in the auto service industry.Not only did Jiffy Lube provide me with excellent service, but they did it quickly and efficiently, which is a huge plus in my busy schedule. I left feeling confident that my car was running smoothly and safely.Overall, I am beyond impressed with Jiffy Lube and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto services. I only wish I could give them a 10-star rating for their outstanding customer service and honesty!

Had a great experience here. Got an oil change and transmission oil change yesterday. The guys were very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back for my next service.

Took my car for an oil change as my gf was borrowing it for a road trip. It’s been 3 days and the car started making noises and the dashboard lit up. When my gf checked the oil there was no oil. My gf is now stranded having to go get the car fixed instead of heading to her next destination. Seems like other people have had problems at this location after getting an oil change. Worst place to let anyone touch your car.

Affordable & professional staff here, even with my 35 year old car the service was done quicklyAnd efficiently.

Came for an Oil change left with $474.08 in repairs at dealer. Declined an air filter as it was clean. It’s a really tight location by fuse panel. This a 2019 SUV and MINT condition. Drove straight home 2km away and at the next start up in the morning major error codes. Had to go to dealer to diagnose. Wiring under air box was jammed up and shorted a fuse. 100% the result of the air box handling as the box is tight and multiple people touching the vehicle. Things happen but this wasted 2 days of my time being shuttled around by the dealer and $474.08 expense to trouble shoot and repair the harness. $158.53 oil change + $474.08 in repairs = $632.61 for an oil change. Management reaching out isn’t going to change what happened. Extreme inconvenience and expense. I’ll never be back.
