There was a four week wait for my appointment which is the norm these days. When I arrived the waiting room was nearly full but I was in and out within half an hour. Staff were considerate, answered my questions and overall it was a good experience.

Dyna life has ruined everything. Now since you can't book an appointment for 3 months the walk ins are horrible. Unless ita a miracle you get an appointment your waiting 2 hours easy. Hiw hard ia it to run a business competently

I did not expect that there would be fraud even in the blood analysis center. A friend and I came without an appointment. I registered my name before him, and he entered an hour before me. I waited until I asked the employee. She answered me rudely. This is not my problem. It is disgusting when I see this.

This place is packed tighter than a sardine can. I can't believe any medical facility is allowed to operate like this in 2023. It's hilarious watching them tell everyone to take a seat when there's already more people standing than there are chairs. How hard is it to say we are running an hour behind please come back an hour after your scheduled appointment". Or just manage your appointments better..."

Dynalife needs to have their contract terminated. A month ago their CEO made a bunch of excuses in an interview. But the truth is they are trying to maximize the amount of patients seen. There’s no excuse for anyone with an appointment to not be seen for 2 hours. They expect us to wait weeks to get an appointment and when we come in they say wait in your car and we’ll text you. Meanwhile they keep adding more and more Walk-ins to the que. If they can’t get appointments seen on time they should not be accepting any walk-ins. Have a day specifically designated for walk-ins. Whoever forms the next provincial government needs to bring back APL.

Worst lab ever. They wanted me to wait 30mins even after my appointment time. I waited for 40 mins in car and went to see if I can get my blood work done. They mentioned that we have to wait 1 hour extra. For patients like us, what is the point of booking appointments! Waiting time is long even with the appointments. Dont ever visit this location. Rude staff, worst service. They are still showing available slots but not serving their best service.

They only have one sentence ie. We are running behind, when you showup on your scheduled appointment. People all around the place and waiting outside. Avoid this place if you can. Government is more intrested in calling more immigrants than caring for the current residents

The front desk staff at mcknight location (especially lady with short hair) is extremely rude and disrespectful. She had no sense of being polite and kind with patients. Walk in queue was very long, and people were standing outside the building. when line started moving, me and my parents went inside but didn’t realize that line up area was full. The front desk lady comes up to us and tells us in an extremely rudely manner to go outside. As I was about to explain to my parents because they have english language barrier, receptionist started telling repeatedly to my parents to go outside. I told her not to rush us, we are going outside and her reply was “ people are rushing us”. She could have approached us with a better attitude and tone. Your front desk has a sign stating to not misbehave with staff, but what about your staff treating patients nicely.

I usually go to the Sunridge laboratory, however since I have to get monthly blood tests I decided to book an appointment at McKnight instead. Despite having an appointment I waited for half an hour, which I am totally okay with as I understand how busy it can get. After half an hour my mom got up to ask a worker how much longer she could expect to wait since she had to go to work later. She spoke to Sunil, who immediately got rude with my mom and told her to cancel her appointment and leave if she can’t wait. This was EXTREMELY rude, especially since we were very patient and did not mind waiting, we just simply needed to know how long to expect to wait so that we could push our schedule back. After this another one of the other workers took over for him who was much nicer and kinder. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but this just goes to show that some people are made for a customer service role whereas some people simply are not. Anyways, I will be sticking to the Sunridge laboratories going forward

Sooooooo slow. Always really far behind. At least now they send you back to your vehicle and text you when it’s your turn instead of making everyone wait in a room that can’t be more than 20x20. Should not accept walk-ins in the morning. If you have to wait 6-8 weeks to get an appointment maybe you should have priority over walk-ins
