Reviews here are very accurate. The next day photo is typically available the next week, I have no idea how they can advertise having “next day photos” when they are never actually available next day.

They have lost my photos twice now. I'll stop coming here. They're so disorganized every single time. I went to pick up my order and they couldn't find it so they asked if I WAS SURE that I got a confirmation email for pick up (I received 2 and why would I come if I didn't have confirmation?)

Cheap shot... they charge $29 for passport pictures, but if you go to the photo lab at the back of the store, it’s $13. HOWEVER, the photo lab doesn’t do passport baby pictures.The guy at the Photo studio sent me all the way to the back knowing that - I’m a sleep deprived mother of a 6 week old! Hello compassion.After trying to convince the photo lab guy to take my baby picture, a Good Samaritan (customer) comes to me and tells me the Photo Studio does price match!I go back to the Studio and guess what, they do price match! I paid $14 with a Staples proof.Not impressed with their sneakyness.

Worst Walmart in the area, all the employees are rude and do not help you at all. Their demeanor is inappropriate and their prices are listed incorrectly. Found a price note with a sale on it but the employees at customer service would not accept it. Cashiers are incompetent and charge items multiple times over. The service is horrible and it is overall, one of the worst Walmarts in the area.

It exists as part of the electronics section. However half the store apparently does not know this so if you ask they will turn you away because they no longer have photo center""

Very poor customer service from that girl today. Couldn't find my order and didn't do much of an effort to look. Acted very rude and ignored me when I said thank you and have a good day. Please employ people who want to work and teach them some customer service skills. Very big let down.

The worst photo service i have ever had. Wish that I read the reviews before going. REALLY POOR QUALITY,, went for passport photos. no lightening and no flash with poor camera used in taking picture. When you ask them they tell you it is not allowed and photos will be rejected. But when trying another service it was ok and photos accepted...
