Wellness Centre
Cassidy is an ok rmt, she also has a nice personality but her lack of experience prevents her from understanding good customer service. During the lockdown I wasn't feeling well and I called to do the responsible thing yet she still charged me the full amount. I explained that I'm happy to come but I wanted her to know I'm feeling off but she seemed to only care about her paycheque.
