Never take your pet to a VCA! They are owned by one of the biggest pet food manufacturers in the United States and all they care about is your money.VCA is a plague!

The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. The vet walked me through everything, and made sure I understood everything. Even after I took my baby home I got texts the day after to make sure she was OK.10/10 would recommend this vet office.

We recently had to put our much-loved 17 year old cat to sleep. All of the staff at VCA were incredibly compassionate and kind, and explained every aspect of the procedure in the detail we needed to feel comfortable.

Absolutely outstanding doctors and staff. They all treat my fur babies with such love that they enjoy going to the vet just as much as the park! Thanks for loving my babies and treating them so well. I highly recommend.

The vet assistants/front desk staff are very friendly and patient. The vet themselves (we've seen two) are knowledgable and know how to make our anxious doggo comfortable.The reason I've given this vet a 4/5 is because the space is very small, the prices are on the expensive end, and the examination room is not cleaned after each animal visit. This is problematic because I have cat allergies and my doggo sits on the same floor they do, picking up their hair. A quick sweep and spray would work wonders for people who have other animal allergies or even their pets who may have allergies to other animals.

Fantastic! Staff is knowledgeable on various irregular pet issues (as we've had a few with our dog).

Dr Williams has got to be the worst most unprofessional vet I have ever experienced. I brought my senior cat in to have a bad ingrown toenail looked at. She looked at my cat for less that 10 mins and did no tests. She told us he was full of infection and was in a great deal of pain. She had me pay over $200 for pain meds and antibiotics and talked me into making an appointment to put my cat down. I was advised by friends and family to get a second opinion as my cat was acting completely normal. I canceled my appointment and she called animal services less than an hour later. They told me I had to either surrender my cat or take him to an emergency animal hospital right then and there and they escorted me the whole way and waited in the wait room. The vet there had him for close to 45 mins and advised me he had no infections and was not in any pain. She then told animal services to leave and sent me home with my cat who by the way doesn’t need any antibiotics or pain meds. Dr Williams is very unpleasant to deal with, manipulative and has no idea what she is doing when it comes to cats. I’m just glad I did not listen to her horrible opinions and let her put my cat down. Please please do not see her ever
