This store is so cute. Friendly staff, and so many different brands. Slightly pricey, but a great place to treat yourself and definitely not outrageous prices.The particular staff member that was working when I went in was incredibly sweet. I had to wait for them to wrap another customer's gifts, and they offered me a free lipstick since I'd been so patient. It was very kind and it made my day. Definitely check this place out - it will be worth your time!

The woman working there was so rude.She seemed like she's mad at you/discussed by you when you walk in, ask politely about the products, and without her moving an inch from where she stands, hand over your credit card to purchase the overpriced item. You complete the whole shoppping experience with her looking down at you.Can't imagine a place is calledbeauty bar" when the staff is looking and behaving so mean."

I purchased an item and within 2 hours decided that I don’t need it as a friend of mine had an extra one. When I attempted a return, they refused. Apparently they have no refund only store credit policy. What kid of a business in todays market offers no refund on unopened and unused items? Why not stand behind your product? Also they do not inform me at purchase that this is their policy. Had I known I would have never shopped there nor will I ever again. Buyers be aware!

This has been my go to cosmetics store in kits since I was in high school. (A decade ago!). Great selection of higher end lines, friendly and helpful staff, prime location.

Not really sure why this got a few bad reviews, especially in a middle of a pandemic... but I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this store - they’re one of the few stores that has the brands I am looking for !

My partner just had the worst experience possible with this store. She bought a product as a present last night. When she got home there were marks on the outside packaging and on the inside it was obvious that some product & packaging was missing. She went to return it today and they refused to give her her money back. They blamed her for not looking inside more carefully. When she looked around the store today she saw how uncleanly their products were kept. This is supposedly to be a high-end" store. It seems more like a dollar store with this type of service. We would have given in zero stars if we could."
