We discovered we were in DESPERATE need of a new roof, a purchase we weren’t expecting as it was way worse than we knew. 3 weeks ago, I was asking friends for roofer recommendations and HomeTeck was one given to me. A retired roofer in our family reviewed our estimates and without question, said HomeTeck was absolutely the best choice.. Yesterday, the roof was completed after just 2 solid days of work! A COMPLETE tear off- literally down to the beams. In addition, they removed a chimney that is no longer in use, repaired the wall where the chimney was and installed siding to match. It was a massive job. HomeTeck was awesome, and I strongly recommend them if you need work on your roof. The owner, Hal, is the best to work with. He came out to do the estimate (and the only one who does them). We could tell he knew what he was doing- he was a roofer, not just a salesman. He is the only one that mentioned something different for the flat part of the roof and the only one who mentioned removing the chimney- and it made so much sense to do it now. He is fair, honest, down to earth and super easy to work with and communicate with. He stopped out a few times throughout the job. He clearly cares about the work and his customers. His crew worked their a**es off - only breaking for a short lunch. Awesome job and I’m so happy this is who we went with. If you have roofing needs, HomeTeck is the way to go!

Hal and his team were professional, punctual, and easy to get a hold of. Within ~1 week after connecting with his company to discuss the services we desperately needed, the entire project was done: including total roof tear off, replacement, restoration of soffit and fascia, and gutter installation; the work was completed incredibly efficiently. Also worth noting that the set up of my house, which on one side (the particularly damaged side) is about 3-4 ft in distance from my neighbor’s house, did not make the job terribly easy to complete - but based on how quickly they were able to wrap this up, you would have no idea. They tarped my neighbors houses to ensure no damage to their property and subsequently cleaned the entire area thoroughly; you would have no idea I just had major roof work done. And considering the level of difficulty and scope of the work that needed to be done, the price was very reasonable and beat our other quote given by another company. At the end, Hal was very grateful for the opportunity to give us assistance. I would absolutely come back to Hometeck for all of my roofing and related needs.

Hal of HomeTeck is among the most responsive business owners I have ever worked with. I lost a piece of aluminum fascia from a high peak of my house and he had a team over to repair it the next day. While doing the job, they replaced and secured several roof shingles which needed attention. I had another issue and again they were over within a day. Prior to meeting Hal, I tried four companies and they either couldn't replace aluminum trim, or wouldn't do smaller jobs. In our high wind area, it's important to have a company you can rely on for any job size. I have no doubt they would do a professional job on a full roof replacement. I am thankful for Google reviews because this is what led me to Hal and his team, and I am happy to pay it forward.

Hal and his team did an excellent job on my roof repair! They came out and did a job for me other companies wouldn’t even care to look at. As soon as I called Hal, he came right out to my house to give an estimate and was on time. He explained and recommended the right way to perform the repair. Hal and his team even repaired my roof while I was out of town, keeping me up to date on everything happening as they made the repairs. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Hal is awesome! Only company that even returned my call and gave an awesome quote I couldn't say no to. Started the same week as the quote and done in 1 day. Quick and clean. Couldn't ask for more!

Hometeck crew was awesome. Hal called me back the day I left a voicemail for a quote. I had a quote before he left and it was the best we got. They had my roof down in two days and the clean up was impeccable. I would highly recommend!!

Hal was very efficient all around, I was incredibly impressed with how hard his team worked and how beautiful of a job they did to my roof that was pretty bad prior. The women on the crew naturally payed special attention to all my gardens making sure nothing landed on them as shingles were flying off the roof, they did a great clean up. Would hire them again for anything. Caring, kind, hard working people and the price beat my two other options. I’m happy I went with Hometeck.

I rarely leave reviews, and went back and forth for a long time on this one, but feel that maybe some lessons can be gained.So, that being said, I will try to summarize as best I can.HomeTeck came highly recommended. Their bid was the most reasonable of the 5 I got, but the only one that did not include gutters. I went ahead because they were recommended by someone I trusted. The owner at HomeTeck said he would give me a separate quote for gutters. He never did. We never actually received a contract outlining our specific requests, materials, the job, the timeline, nothing. We had discussed a couple specific requests that he assured me would be no problem, they were not done, seemingly forgotten. The crew were polite, but unreasonably messy. My Dad is a contractor, I have seen many roof jobs. This was unacceptable, trash and nails everywhere, that could have been avoided by just laying down tarps (it was winter, tarps prevent nails and trash from getting lost in the snow) We replaced 3 punctured tires, and picked up hundreds of nails and a lot of trash, including lunch trash and drink cups. We have dogs, and waiting until spring wasn't an option. When spring did arrive, we spent hours picking up more nails and hundreds of cigarette butts. A new AC condenser was damaged, and replaced by HomeTeck. One flat roof still leaked after 3 repairs. While it got a little better with each repair, it still leaked in the end and we hired someone else to fix it. The other flat rubber roof was bubbled and completely replaced by his subcontractor. There was blue material hanging out from under all the drip guards, that required me to get up on a 20ft ladder to remove. They did not match the tongue and groove under the exposed eves, the plywood looks terrible. When all was said and done, the actual roof was fine minus what we specifically asked them not to do, and minus them not bothering to match the materials under the exposed eves, among other things. It doesn't leak, hasn't blown off, and looks fine, so there is that. We were on a limited budget, but I wish we had spent the extra money and hired Dalex. It would have been more money, but would have saved frustration, clean up, tires, a condenser, multiple repairs, our beautiful exposed eves would look better, and we would have gutters. Lesson learned. The crazy part is, I am not that picky. Some trash, some nails are expected. Flat roofs are difficult. But add up all the issues on this job and ultimately, I would not recommend this company.

Called Hal right after a storm, so I know he was busy. He was still incredibly responsive and fit me in quickly. He educated me on the process and materials, so I understood what was necessary and what wasn't. The work looks great and I've got peace of mind. Definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Hal and all of his crews!! Thanks to HomeTeck our garage & house were completely restored after the garage fire earlier this year. Every crew that Hal sent out was professional, efficient and friendly. And if Hal didn’t employ people for a specific job, he knew the exact person for me to contact. Again, these people were professional,efficient and really did a fantastic job. Hal and company get my 5 Star Rating!!
