The team at NWT is great. Very knowledgeable, professional and their quick response to address the issues with my water softener and the water quality issues (by installing a whole house filter system) was superb. I look forward to working with them in the future and highly recommend NWT.

I received d two bids for the same need. Northwest was very professional and down to earth explaining the facts with no sales hype. So I chose them.Their service and knowledge is outstanding and when compared to the competition, in my opinion they can’t be beat. Installation was smooth and quick. I had a complete system installed and a reverse osmosis installed and could not be happier. Everything is working just great.Highly recommend.

Dan and Lance have been taking care of our well water system for the last few years. They have been great to work with and we don't have any complaints. In the few years of working with Dan and Lance, they have helped me troubleshoot a few issues over the phone (in addition to doing work on site), which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

I didn't know water treatment could be exciting until we moved into a house on a well that had terrible water--like come-out-of-the-tap-brown, smelling-like-sulfur, horrible water. Northwest Water Treatment came out to assess our problems, gave us what seemed like a very reasonable quote, and within 24 hours of installation, our water tastes great and doesn't look like sewage. I would definitely recommend their services!

Great experience with this company. They tried to get parts for my broken pump but when that didn’t work, they promptly and professionally put in a new pump and fixed several leaks caused by frozen pipes. This is a system pumping water from the lake and Lance did a great job on the repair.And one of the great strengths of this company is Tasha in the office. She was both friendly and efficient. Actually contacted me when she said she would and communicated before, during and after the job to keep me informed. So many company’s fail to communicate efficiently with their customers. This one did not!I give them 5 stars.

For water problems, you can either go with large established companies or local independents. If your water problems are mainstream, going with a large established company is not a bad choice; however, water problems can get complicated fairly quickly. The small independents have the flexibility to come up with a good solution rather than being sold a solution which may not quite fit. This is why I went with Northwest Water Treatment and Pump Services. They worked with me to come up with a solution to a deep well with high turbidity and high iron content. I would say their prices especially for labor were reasonable. The system has been working great for a year so far and I've got clean water.

These guys are the BEST!!! We had nothing but problems with our water system until finding Northwest Water Treatment. We have a much better system now that is designed specifically for our water and it's been wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough, they are definitely the most knowledgeable water treatment company around and their service is awesome; quick, efficient, and reliable.

Great service and highly recommend. On 12/20 i called to see when they could come out and see what the problem with my well pump was. Was not expecting them to come that day but very happy they did. They installed a new pump and had water within a couple hours. They also came back out later that evening when i called around 5:30 pm letting them know i did not have water again. Very happy with the service and will use them again if needed.

Lance is incredible! NW water treatment has helped us out of jam on a Saturday when no one else would even call us back. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about water treatment with reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
