I don't think I've ever gone into this place and had a negative experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and more than eager to hear you tell them everything about your pets. Very large selection for a wide variety of pets as well. If you're looking for something, odds are they have it (or know where to get it). No problems with parking either, usually very accessible.

The ONLY place in town that provides things like live plant substrate (petsmart sells live plants but not the substrate they need to live) bio-active sand, and other more exotic pet items.Genuinely my favorite pet store in town-and their prices are the SAME as amazon!!

I so love this place... only thing is I went there and bought the wrong thing. I went from there to my car so 3 min and found out my dog was allergic I thought would be able to bring it back as they have just seen me and they wouldn't take it back witch is unfortunate.. but other then that this place is so helpful and amazing.. I give it 5 stars..

First time I ever went here was to pick up so decor for my fish tank. I keep coming back since the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Plus they have array of different types of treats and toys for most pets!They sell different types of fish, along with birds and small rodents. Occasionally they have cats/kittens.Overall great service very pleased with my experiences with this place.

Brought my grand-dog Remy here for a much needed nail clipping. I was nervous to bring her as she was a rescue and is not super friendly to strangers. Well they did a super job! Talk about professional treatment. Am super happy I brought her there. Highly recommend!
