We rented chairs for our wedding ceremony and had a great experience with Lonsdale Event Rentals. Their pricing is competitive but what tipped our decision is the excellent customer service. They were able to accommodate a number of changes with kindness and professionalism, including a short window for delivery / setup / takedown. Most importantly, everything went smoothly on the day of our wedding. The delivery was on time, the setup looked good, and the take down was done quietly and seamlessly in the background without disturbing us or our guests. Would recommend.

I would not really recommend this place at all. They no longer allow for pickups, they do delivery ONLY and charge an arm and a leg for it. Also, they are MUCH more expensive than other rental places. Do some shopping around before deciding, there are other great places with good equipment for substantially less cost. Plus, others allow for pickup, so you don't have to pay an expensive delivery fee.

A girlfriend has recommended us to rent from Lonsdale Events after her wonderful experience. We rented some kids tables and chairs for a birthday party. The booking was easy over the phone and they delivered the tables and chairs straight to my backyard which was much appreciated. We’d book from them next time!

I have used many other rental companies before and I must say Lonsdale is in a league unto itself. Just call them and you will be immediately impressed by the fantastic telephone service you receive. But it does not stop there. Delivery people that actually think about the customer! They call you when they are a short distance from your home to give you a heads up.

We ordered around 90 chairs and napkins for my wedding in June and Lonsdale was a please to work with. The customer service that I dealt with were all very helpful and accommodating to any requests and last minuet changes. I would highly recommend them for any event!

I worked with Dallas through this company early on to help with rentals for my wedding this past summer and her service and speedy responses and ability to tailor to my needs was so spot on. She saw my vision and knew exactly what I wanted. She was clear, and efficient and willing to adjust to the very last second as things kept changing throughout my planning process. I loved working with her and I felt like we became a bonded pair in this mission of curating all the necessary items for the wedding.Definitely would recommend them (especially her!) for all our rental needs.
