Tim is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He is very to the point, which I personally like and appreciate. Also, I didn't have to run after him like other contractors made me do, glad I found Tim and his crew. The quote was also very reasonable and within our budget.

Tim and his team are great communicators, and their prices are very competitive for the high quality of workmanship you get. He has worked on multiple properties we own and maintain and is a trusted asset to our business. Cannot recommend Diligent River enough.

I own a contracting business and Diligent River came highly recommended by one of my carpenters. I hired Tim to remove and patch an old furnace chimney and also to add a roof jack for a new bathroom fan. He showed up on time and did a great job.I will definitely hire this company again.

We had Tim @ Diligent River replace our dated and undersized roof vents with new high flow models. His service was thorough, timely and competitively priced. Tim offered comprehensive advice on how best to solve our issues, without overselling the job. The pictures provided only added to our overall level of satisfaction. We have a 20+yr old house and will be using Diligent River for all our future needs. It can be difficult to find a reputable contractor in this space - I would not hesitate to recommend them for any and all of your roofing needs.

Diligent Roofing was excellent in their communication, explaining things and their price, comparatively (thank you to the management/sales team). Most importantly, I really like the quality of my new roof! And the pictures that were provided of the finished product from all angles. Thank you roofer crew! I had Diligent Roofing replace the siding on my house last fall and was very impressed with the results!Great communication, timely appointments, great quality material and very fair pricing based on the 3 quotes I got.The crew was professional, friendly and happily answered all of the many questions I threw at them.I would hire them again to do any of the services they offer based on the siding job and highly recommend calling Tim at Diligent for any of the services they provide. We needed our roof redone on our single family home. The guys showed up and got the job done very well. The price and materials were all as described in the initial discussion. I had some questions about product that were answered fully and accurately. The team that did my roof were a nice crew who behaved professionally on site. All in all I'm happy with the workmanship and I'm quite pleased with how well they cleaned up the site upon finishing the job. I was worried about left over debris and nails but they had that all handled and taken care of. Highly recommend these guys for a roofing job done right.

We have used Tim’s services on many occasions and have found his work to be impeccable. Recently he did the attic venting for a newly installed bathroom vent. He was very prompt and did a great job there. He also did an inspection of the roof and I appreciate his honesty in that we don’t need to replace it at this time.
