They have run out of Fiji White Sands in everything. My absolute favorite candle, plug in and hand soap. I am devastated. But.....besides that tragedy, it remains one of my favorite places to shop. Wonderful staff at Fairview Mall.

Amazing 3.95 sale on all body care products so stock up! It was so crowded and hectic (understandably) but the associates were still incredibly friendly and provided such great customer service.

Excellent customer service.Good variety of products like Parfums, body lotions. I really like the coconut and watermelon fragrance. The cherry blosson parfum is amazing too.

Wonderful staff at this location and it’s always so welcoming when I come in. I would recommend signing up for three email alerts that way you know ahead of time when a sale is about to happen. Save your coupons to and you can use that on top of the sale for big savings. Try not to pay full price. Something for everyone. I don’t even like the men’s line. I like everything else lol.

The atmosphere there is captivating. All the fragrance in the air, just takes you on a ride from childhood cookies, fresh pies to freshly washed linen. It's just awesome to make a welcome home or birthday basket thanks to their wide selections.

There hand soap lasts so long and it foams so awesome. The scents smell so good and it lasts longer. I go there at least once a month. The staff are always friendly and very helpful.

This is superb cool store at eaton centre. The makers are from USA. The products which they sell are about bath, fragrances, Wick Candles and skin care. The products are beautifully placed and well organised. Clean and fresh store. I loved all the products and prices are also descent. Staff is very sweet and kind. I would recommend to visit this store and enjoy the products!!

I love the products Bath & Body Works sells... unfortunately I always find the store so busy inside and not just with people. Its stores are so packed with product everywhere I find it hard to move through it and look at things, especially if I bring my kids because they love the products as well. They need more space inside stores or less bins and product display shelves all over. I ike to look at the candles and it's hard to look when someone is trying to squeeze past you all the time behind you or in front to get around in every aisle every which way.
