These guys are completely awesome. on my way back to Vancouver; I got a little love from a rock on my windshield. Even though it was a small rock chip, I was scared that it could spread and crack my windshield. So I made a stop in Begbie glass. The lady at the work desk was very professional and kind. She checked my car and told me that they can fix the rock chip with ICBC coverage, and she did the process within 10 minutes. Honestly, I was thinking like it is going to a long process, and it will take a lot of time. But guess what, in 30 minutes, I was back on the road. They're highly professional and fast. I will recommend this shop to anyone who has issues with their windshield. If you're looking for zero hassle and complete professionalism, then these guys are the best option for you.

I was in Revelstoke several days before Christmas. Unfortunately a side window broke out on my ARE truck canopy and I was looking at a 13 hr trip home in winter driving conditions with cargo in back that I didn't want exposed to winter road grime. I stopped by Begbie Glass hoping they could help with a fix and was not disappointed. In fact I was very impressed with how Brad and Kaylee(?) squeezed me into their schedule, problem solved a reasonable solution, and even shuttled me to and from my hotel while Brad worked on a fix. Exceptional service, down to earth folks, and very reasonable to work with. The patch worked great and should hold up fine while I wait 4+ months for replacement glass to show up at my local vendor. I had a crack on my windshield and ended up getting new at this shop. It started leaking inside the car next winter. When I informed the store, they simply said it’s condensation and leave the windows opened for sometime(in winter). I had no condensation issues when I had factory windshield. Please don’t go this store for changing windshield.

I cannot say enough good about this business. A true local gem. I was in a pinch needing to repair a broken canopy window before leaving on a trip. They could not get me in before I left but offered to pick up my truck AT MY HOUSE, do the work, then drop it off. The truck is old, has lots of quirks and is stick shift, but no matter. They did it. I returned from my trip to find great work done to my canopy and didn’t have to lift a finger, and done at the same price as if I had dropped it off and picked it up. We were on the road when the sliding-door's window on our Delica started to let go. The folks at Begbie Glass Co. got us in, repaired, and on our way in a hour and a half! Fantastic!
