Dollarama

Dollarama is our Canadian market to mostly Chinese goods.. It always is interesting. The staff is always nice and they are attracted to where we all shop. It even works on a small towns economy without say a big box store effect..somedays I'm tempted to give it a 5 star..More guides at the stores as they are so big now would help tilt that! We all know its not the best stuff yet sometimes you shock us and we love the ideas! If you have never been to Dollarama i would have to ask you if the internet itself was there! I like that they sell quality cutlery and if your up north can find bug trapping devices cheap basic gardening, tools that we all pay an arm and leg for.. and basic camping flashlights they are trust me the best at a good light in a pinch and a lot of kitchen supplies. Some teenagers love the card game deals on games like magic the gathering and other hobby cards and not a bad poker chip stack for everyone that isn't it to that!. They also had and do stack nice varieties of Halloween, Christmas goods and a lot of other occasional goods! They would probably like to hear from you if they haven't covered it already. So to round this all off, the dollar store in my municipality has been great as with them all. Its only time till I'm back!

Very incredible deals which cannot be offered by other stores. Buy only if you are not so conscious about quality of some products otherwise it's a good to go.

Downtown, if you are black, that Indian security will tail you till you leave the shop. One homeless man was actually caught by the cashier that day while the security followed me to every Isle, ignoring all others!

Convenient and friendly.. especially during the lockdown. The staff has become friends.

If you go in the afternoon it's very safe, people obey the rules the six feet apart and I felt really safe I love that store it is right in the mall accessible to everyone, wheelchair accessible it's a good place to go for something cheap and you never know what you're going to find it's quite amazing the things I found from gardening stuff, socks, t-shirt, and still between a 1 dollar to 4 dollars, I love it!You can get really good quality if you pay attention, like stoneware plates, they go from the fridge to the oven you can cook in it and I paid very little for so if you watch, you can find some good quality products, fun place to go you never know what you're going to find I love that place. They're a little short staff because if you need help you have to look around and you can never find anyone and not enough cashiers that's the only downfall!

The manager is super angry and always seems in a bad mood!! Don’t think he likes his job much!! Any time I ask for help he seems extremely annoyed. Previous manager much more helpful and pleasant!!!!

Don't like how they are making people leave their bags at the front of the storeespecially considering I leave my phone and laptop for school in my backpack and usually when I hit Dollarama it's only to pick up a few minor things.other than that for the downtown location that is a fairly decent store with good staff

Supposed to be open until 5 on Sunday. Got there at 4:55 door was closed. 2 girls at till. Knocked on window and showed them time on my phone. They grinned and turned their backs to me.Needed 2 items only but wouldn't let me in.IF YOU POST OPEN 'TIL 5 STAY OPEN 'TIL 5!!!I work retail as well. We stay open until posted time.Very disrespectful behavior from your employees!
