Ken did an amazing job installing an irrigation system for our front and back yards. I knew nothing about irrigation, and Ken took the time to explain the options, how it all would work and gave me a very reasonable quote. The installation went very quickly with his excellent team and he walked me though how to use it, and even upgraded a few items for no additional charge. When I had a couple of questions later, he was quick to respond.Had him over the other day to do the winterization, again, so great to talk to him and have the process explained, while giving advice about the winter care of our plants and trees.Give him a call if you ever need irrigation - I am totally satisfied and recommend him highly!

Ken is great for servicing! I ran over my sprinkler head with lawn mower. He was at my house and had it fixed within an hour. Even tuned up a few other heads. Highly recommend!

We had an irrigation system installed by Ken Hickerson with Hydraterra this summer. Our home is a new build and had not yet had the sod laid. We were on a unknown timeline as to when the builder was going to lay the sod. Ken accommodated our this situation perfectly. He was sure to make himself available, so that they work could get done before the sod arrived. During the installation Ken was very friendly and worked very efficiently! He took the time to ensure we knew all of the details of the product as well as the installation. After the installation, we needed support and Ken was out the next day to help and did not charge us for his time! Ken is super easy to talk too and very down to earth! Also, the cost was more than fair! We highly recommend Ken for your irrigation needs!
