If you have a VW, with all their specific quirks, you know how important an experienced mechanic can be, even if you work on your own cars. Jon is no exception, and he has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of these cars across the model years.Most recently he helped me keep my 05 TDI wagon on the road when the alternator failed. He went above and beyond, and made sure all my bases were covered before I left. Anytime I come across a fellow VW owner, I always pass along his card.

Erik is super efficient, knowledgable and affordable. He fixed my daughter's VW Beetle that had an overheating problem that led to a cracked head gasket. This happened after repeated attempts to source the problem through another mechanic and a lot of time and money spend. I took it to Erik for a quick accurate diagnosis of the problem, ended up spending less money with Erik and getting extra work done at no extra charge. I'm super thankful for everything Erik did to get my daughter's car back on the road quickly and running better than ever. Thanks Erik!

Erik was extremely helpful and honest. 2 other shops basically ripped us off.. He had the opportunity to do the same but didn't!! He charged me under $100 to get the job done..Where as both other shops charged more plus tried saying i needed about $3000-$5000 worth of work done.Erik also delivered a part I needed which was very nice of him as I wasn't able to drive at that moment in time. Also, he was the only one in BC who had what I was looking for in the right colour.. The next closest one I could find for sale already painted was all the way in Ontario.He also took it upon himself to fix my wipers as they had just stopped working and it was snowing out. He had the right wiper transmission already on hand and charged next to nothing.Any time I needed his help he was very very helpful, affordable and actually honest!!! Words cant describe how thankful I am.

I had a great experience. Very helpful and worked with my schedule. He went the extra mile for me and spent time trying to solve issues without charging. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is he couldn;'t solve all issues and took a bit longer than anticipated. However I would go back, very reasonable rates as well.
