This is the best experience I have ever had with a storage company. They go above and beyond for you as a customer. Very bright and friendly staff!!!I last minute needed an additional locker and within ten or so minutes I was shown a space, got a lock, and just had to go back into the office to the office to confirm the details.Everything was very secure, and the cleanliness was 100%!!!I will definitely use this company in the future and would without a doubt recommend Vernon Storage Centre to anyone looking for a clean, and secure space for their belonging.Thank-you again Vernon Storage Centre! You guys rock!!!

Highly recommend Vernon Storage for your storage needs. Staff is friendly, efficient and more importantly they are flexible and accommodating to your storage needs! Overall a great experience which really helped with the stress that comes with moving!

Do not recommend storing anything here or interacting with the people there. I worked here and was treated so bad I walked out, I heard I wasn't the only one. Terrible Place, Terrible People.

We got a storage locker this week and the place really is amazing. The staff were great, the building is very clean. I highly recommend these guys for storage! It was a pleasant experience at a difficult time! Thank you everyone at vernon storage centre

Outstanding service. Dean gave us exceptional service by accomodating us on July 1st, and opening the facility for us on a holiday. It was moving day, and we needed another storage unit to accomodate our extra furniture. He met us there on his day off and gave us another storage unit.It was a big stress relief for us,and we appreciated him going out of his way to help us.

Had to close our unit yesterday because we were done with it, but we were blown away with our experience! 5 stars all around! Excellent quality of equipment and location, security features are phenomenal, prices are perfect, the owner is very friendly and the environment is incredibly kind and warm. An absolute pleasure to use this business, and would HIGHLY reccommend this storage above any else.
