London Yarns is always such an amazing atmosphere. It's so bright and colorful inside. Staff are some of the best around and so knowledgeable. More than once I have brought projects in for help and they are always so willing to help. They also have knitting classes and multiple knitting groups.

Excellent customer service. Staff is very informative and willing to help with any problems or questions. It's terrific to have a place in London where you can get advice and help in person. A good selection of yarn as well as patterns and all the other tools needed (or just wanted) to supply the knitter or crocheter with everything they need.

They are very knowledgeable, respectful and willing to share their expertise in order to encourage knitters at all stages of development to love the craft. I love their support, assurances and senses of humour ... They make it okay to make crazy mistakes.

These guys were fantastic. Because of the pandemic, I couldn't browse but they hooked me up with quality yarn for my project and sent me various different colour combinations so that I could see everything side by side. Fantastic service!
