Building is in a very prime location and it got re painted recently , so have nothing to complain. Capreit treats its tenants well. Cheers

I found this place during my apartment hunt luckily I got a 2-bed unit for myself and my family. I have never regretted renting in this unit. Management is super professional and swift in attending to tenants needs. Come join this awesome community when you get the chance. I have given a 5 start because I see no reason why I should not.

We are here 5 month ago. The building is very well maintained. Front was painted recently, and floors always are clean. Capreit is doing well.

Until the end of October 2017 I would have rated the management of this building (Capreit) most likely as a 3.5 or 4 but they appear to no longer have any concerns about the tenants. The supposedly new and improved management style is horrific. I have been attempting to contact someone either for the building or even at their Vancouver office and have not had the courtesy of a response. I have not even been able to contact a live" person. I've never posted a public review and thought long and hard about this but after over 2 weeks of attempting to have something in my suite repaired I have given up."

My family moved in Hyland 6 years ago, and grownup two kids into universities. The apartment environment is safe and location is super, walking distance to skytrain station, junior and high school, and more and more community services.The apartment maintenance keep running well, and fully upgrade our unite bathroom and kitchen, so we have brand new bathroom and kitchen. The management team upgrades many things on the building recent years. They made new external wall and fence painting. They think safety issue seriously, regular check fire alarm.

Don't rent here ! The worst managment since Capreit owns this building ! Neighbours lound and you can't do anything ! Some of them are threatening your life and they still live there ! If you're gonna complain they'll tell you to move out ! To expensive for that sh**t !
