Purchased a previously enjoyed Chev Truck from New Roads. Everyone was fantastic to deal with from sales Marty, finance with Sean, even the detailing crew were friendly. I drove 3 hours to get this truck and will buy my next one from them. Stop in and see them it's worth it. P.S. the coffee's not bad either

I had been in the market for a new vehicle for some time but was putting off the stressful process of vehicle shopping. My daughter and I pulled into NewRoads Chevrolet on our way to a different dealership and after looking at the models in their showroom we were greeted by Clyde. He listened to what our needs were and within minutes had us test driving a vehicle that was exactly what I had been hoping to find. Sean in finance then provided a straightforward explanation of the financing and extended warranty options and again found a package that perfectly met my needs.We were looking to add roof racks and after discussing with Adrian in the parts department he was informative and let me know that due to supply chain issues it wasn’t clear when/if the parts would be available. Shrugging it off as a minor hiccup in a perfect experience, we were floored when we came back 2 days later to take delivery and saw that Clyde and the service department had found and installed the racks.The service we received from every department was efficient, friendly and we felt like we were being treated as family (we even had a big hug for Clyde before we left).I would highly recommend Clyde and the entire team at NewRoadsThank you for a great experience and my beautiful new Chevy Equinox!

Gina was so great with our financing. Very professional and personable. So helpful and accomodating. Daniel was the salesman who took us on the test drive and was exceptionally helpful. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!!

By far this worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership.All they care about is getting you in the door and taking your money, then want nothing to do with you when there’s issues regarding the vehicle days within purchasing it.Truly unprofessional and unacceptable.I would never recommend this dealership or crew members to anyone!!Just want to add, they hang up on you as you are trying to address the situation and come to an agreement!!I will never go back here again and will tell anyone in the future to stay far far away from this place.

10 star to Jeff Card and Shermin and their team! They made my truck buying experience so easy and pleasant! Jeff is a real customer oriented manager that compared to other car dealerships I have dealt with before. Would buy truck from them again in the future.

My Husband and I just purchased a truck from this Dealer I have to say the whole experience was amazing. We were very impressed and happy with our salesman ( Steve ) he was a young man who showed us respect , he was very helpful and certainly did his Job well. We will certainly look for him again when we go back to buy an SUV in the spring. After we decided on a truck ( a 2021 Sierra ) we were directed to Finance ( Sean ) the gentle we dealt with was very nice , he made sure we got the best deal and everything was done quickly and efficiently , he made sure we understood everything we were signing , there was certainly no hidden small print . We would 100% recommend this dealership.
