Mr. Lube + Tires

I been coming to this particular location for years and always received a Gold Star Service this time i met Andy and he has been amazing all along, very professional, courteous and accommodating, he went above and beyond provide an excellent Service. I Always appreciate how friendly and helpful all the techs are at this location.Keep up the good works and rest assured I am a life time customer.

Awesome service! I came in to get an oil change for my BMW that had been sitting in the garage for years. Chris immediately pointed out that I had a leaking seal on my gasket cover. He then asked if I still wanted the oil change because if I had the leak fixed, they would probably do an oil change again. I still went ahead with the oil change because I wasn't sure of when I'd be able to get the repair done. The rest of the crew that did the change and inspection were fast and thorough. I will always come back to this location for their great service that I can trust. If it weren't for Chris's quick eye and honesty, I would not know about the gasket cover issue.

I used to love coming to this location and have previously had great experiences with customer service. Until I met Chris. The manager" is very unprofessional and literally threw a temper tantrum when I returned to the store because my vehicle was making a strange noise immediately after they did an oil change. I was kind during my return to the store and cannot for the life of me fathom why he had a literal tantrum and pouted and threw my receipt at me. I will drive 20 minutes further for an oil change instead of returning to this store and giving Chris any business.Thanks to Ash who was great to deal with and tried their best to make up for Chris' poor service."

Excellent service. Really worth 5stars. I had a flat in my right front tire and they got me in right away, they were done in less than half hour, they patched the tire so I didn't need to buy a new one. All for less than $70.Very friendly, very nice people I can't recommend them more. Thumbs up!!!!!

Since I moved to a new place, I was looking for new oil change/maintenance services close by, and now I’m happy to say I have found a great one! Went twice and both times the service was quick, efficient and excellent. The team is great and everyone was super friendly. Ronnie is a sweetheart and seems to be the most knowledgeable staff member. Happy to become a new regular.

Andy was amazing! 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back! He was very professional, educated and pleasant. During the oil change, he asked if I wanted coffee or water… seriously, THE BEST!

Ash is a credit to this location. They are kind, conversational, and a great salesperson without being pushy. From the interaction I saw with the manager, they are not as appreciated as they should be.Ash, while you didn’t do anything out of the ordinary, your customer service skills are awesome.

I’ve had excellent experiences with this shop before, honest, quick and polite. However my last visit was not so pleasant. Damaged my vehicle and then refused to pay for repairs/replacement. One of the employees tried to tell me that it wasn’t the shop that damaged my vehicle because he physically showed me my engine bay… this was a complete lie as I never left my vehicle. Lying to customers is always wrong. Also got very angry when approached with the issue. Do not recommend. If managers are going to throw temper tantrums when an issue arises, I suggest a different career.**UPDATE**Even after informing me that someone would be in touch, I have heard absolutely nothing from Mr. Lube since this incident. This clearly demonstrates the arrogance and lack of responsibility from this company. I will be pursuing this further.

Big shout out to Sam, Jimmy and Tony! They mounted my tires and wheels today and did a fantastic job. They took their time to make sure they didn't mark up my wheels - appreciate it guys!

Andy was phenomenal! He was a great help and had great hospitality, he offered me and my dad water while we waited for my car to get serviced. After everything, andy and his co workers removed my tire and were going to patch it for me, but the tire was unable to get patched. Andy happily put my spare tire on for me and did not charge me anything. This was super kind of them as I was expecting to pay a small service fee. I highly recommend this MR lube!
