We purchased the Rockland sectional (black, left facing) from Mobilia Mississauga and could not be happier. Working with Maria was great, as she was patient, informative, and was responsive to our questions. The sectional is made of very good quality leather and feels comfortable, not to mention how amazing it looks. Lastly, the delivery went well, and the sectional was even set up for us by the delivery company. Considering that the item was shipped from Mississauga to Winnipeg, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Attention to owners:I am a long term customer who purchased over $30000 goods in past 2 years. Recently I visited your store in Mississauga location, we purchased some decorations just small values this time. I had very unpleasant experience with this sales (Reshma Nanavati). My purchase before was someone else but teh eprson wasn't there this time.When I made payment, first she missed including the 20% off from the price tag, but this is not the problem, the problem is she questioned me about 'where is the 20%' , it sounded rude and sounded like I made it up. Once I showed her the price tag, she didn't say a word for apologies the mistake, acted like nothing happen. On top of that, I know it's just small amount only over $200, but there is no word as a 'thank you', I felt like I was shipping in the supermarket.I understand nowadays it's hard to find people to work in retail, but as a high end furniture store, this is unacceptable customer service. I don't know if I would consider to purchase anything again in Mobilia.

This location of Mobilia is amazing. Reshma was the amazing sales rep who helped us with our purchase. She did above and beyond to make sure we had a digital copy of our purchase as record, also followed by a text message to make sure we remembered the call from the delivery department the following day. Delivery scheduled (it did take 3 weeks wait for our couch) and it was on time without rescheduling or delay. The delivery crew is great - efficient and effective and knowledgeable to the product they are delivering. It is a great relief after reading all the delivery nightmares from another location and we are glad that we ended up picking this location instead.

We purchased two pieces of furniture (couch and tv unit) for our first home. Lara is simply the best to understand our needs and concerns - accommodating absolutely every time we need their support! We visited Mobilia store on weekend just 5 min before closing time and sales rep- Reshma was calm enough to show all our products. We purchased one king bed and one dining table. Reshma handled our request in professional and timely manner . The king bed is very nice, and bigger than normal king bed. The bed is sturdy and lower height which is excellent for my parents.

Purchased a dining table and sofa. Very happy with the product quality. Maria & Amanda both helped me with this purchase, and I must say the product knowledge that both of these ladies have is outstanding. All my questions were answered perfectly and they presented many great options all at reasonable prices. If you come, definitely only recommend you see either Maria or Amanda!

I bought Wayla sectional from Reshma, very accommodating and hardworking lady. Responding to my text even past working hours and her off days. She even gave me a rebates as the couch went on sale twice. Very honest and I’m loving my couch -so comfortable and can put my feet up while watching TV. You can never go wrong with any Mobilia products.

We got delivery of the bedroom furniture from Mobilia yesterday. It was all a very pleasant experience. Especially our sales representative Reshma was extremely friendly, professional & helpful. She also followed up after the sale. A special mention about the delivery people too. They were also very professional, polite & friendly. They made sure not to leave any mess in the house. All in all we are very happy with the purchase & the service.
