BEST, BEST, BEST, boot fitting service in Vancouver. All of the staff who work here are SO patient and knowledgeable. I came in for a boot fitting with Kal today and he did an amazing job. Would highly recommend this place to first time skiers needing any help getting their gear together. Kudos to management for acquiring such lovely staff.

As someone who works in the outdoors industry I'm pretty picky with my gear and have shopped at pretty much all of the major ski shops in The Vancouvers to find exactly what I want. I go here first now because this entire staff is remarkable. It's been family owned for ~40 years and you can tell by the service - as well as the products available. Sometimes I just want an honest opinion on fashion; sometimes I want to know *everything* there is to know about how equipment works and how to tune/maintain it. This place is does both like a friendly neighbour.

Great little ski shop in West Van! Just came in to get my skis waxed and they went above and beyond! Will be coming here again for the great service!!! You should definitely check these guys out!

Great place to find all types of ski gear! I went to the store for the first time about two years ago because my old boots weren’t holding up under pressure anymore, and I needed boots that were stiff, but still comfortable enough to ski in all conditions. The staff were great and very knowledgeable, and picked out a pair of boots that I have skied/raced in for two seasons without any pain or problems I often run into often with ski boots.This season, I went to this store to buy a new pair of all-mountain skis that could carry speed and carve turns, but that were also comfortable enough for light powder. The staff helped me stay within a set budget and pick out skis and bindings that I later skied on in Europe for a week, and which performed in the way I had wanted. I didn’t have to sacrifice carving for all-mountain riding as I usually did, thanks to the experienced staff.I also had bindings mounted in this shop, and they always do it quickly and very well. I’ve had horror stories of a binding being forgotten or sliding while skiing when I had them mounted in other stores, but I’ve had three separate pairs serviced by the staff at this location and never encountered any issues.Overall, if you’re looking for a variety of ski equipment and high quality service for both race and free skiing equipment, come to this store. The staff know what they are doing, and never try to force you into buying overly expensive equipment you don’t need.

This is the best tennis shop on the North Shore. Service is excellent and reasonably priced.

Outstanding collection, great service and very knowledgeable and helpful team. I've been to many famous ski boot-fitters in US, Canada, and Europe. Cameron's expertise and knowledge exceeded my expectations. He was able to completely change my Tecnica Mach 1 boots in one session. I've been a client for over a decade and I believe I'll be for many more years. Julian is also very helpful and attentive. Thanks guys!The boot-fitting magic happens in that room!

A shop on Lonsdale said my boots were too small for me (they are) and I should just buy new boots again. I took them to Cameron and he didn't even flinch; started grinding and molding away and now they feel perfect.I also thought the price was pretty reasonable.I won't bother going anywhere else again for skiing equipment.
