P&R Painting
Well meaning but needs a lot of work in terms of professionalism. Was supposed to show up first thing in the morning and showed up with only a couple of daylight hours available for an external paint job. Was supposed to come at a certain time the next day to finish and showed up over an hour late - I was about to continue the job myself.There are lots of areas that were missed - most due to the lack of light. Paid in full but in retrospect did not deserve the full payment as he did not honour the contract. Disappointed.
