I called Julie to ask for help to get my Suite ready for occupancy and it was a short notice request. She not only went out of her way to fit me in but helped me also move a bunch of furniture in addition to the spotless and thorough cleaning. She also shared all the cleaning tips and tricks she uses when I asked. This was such a fabulous experience all around!

Julie was very prompt at responding and the two ladies who came to clean, Katie and I unfortunately forget the name of the other, where excellent, very polite and friendly and did a wonderful clean! Very thankful as I had a toddler and baby and needed some help.

I had two ladies today that came and cleaned our whole downstairs while I stayed upstairs for support of social distancing. After they left I took a look and it was an amazing job! Considering my husband is out of town and I am disabled currently with server OCD they passed my test! My husband was quite pleased with the photos I even sent him so thank you very much we will be contacting to set up the next once a month ;-) the ladies were very sweet as well and very respectful.

Excellent all round experience with this local company. Very professional. The ladies do a phenomenal job, always polite, friendly, really fast and leave my house sparklingly clean and smelling amazing! I appreciate the use of natural products and aromatherapy. Highly recommend!

Let them know in advance that I've been cancelled on 3 times now and what happens today! They email me to cancel, leaving me almost no time find someone else before I needed. Communication overall was very poor. Thanks for nothing..

I cannot say enough good things about McDerMaids cleaning business. Julie was so lovely to deal with; prompt with replies, flexible with scheduling a day/time and just very kind. I had gotten quite behind on cleaning my house, beyond the surface stuff, so I booked a deep clean. When I walked into the house after work the day it was done, I felt like a little child on Christmas morning and I was absolutely not disappointed. There was a faint soapy smell that was very pleasant- no harsh cleaning chemicals seemed to have been used. It felt like everything almost glowed. I checked in all sorts of corners, on the top of tall bookshelves, little nooks and crannies, etc and I was happy to not find any dust or other crumbs/grunge. I will absolutely book with McDerMaids again and I'm looking forward to it.

The McDermaids provide the best service I have ever received from a maid/cleaner service. Having used various people in the past, I found Julie to provide service and quality of workmanship above and beyond what others provide. Her exceptional attention to details left me incredibly pleased with the outcome and presentation of our space, and I can't wait for her to return. She does a deep clean everytime eliminating the need for us to ever feel behind on our cleaning in anyway, as we have in the past. I highly recommend this company and they definitely are worth every dollar.

I have tried to request service from this business since I moved to Sooke. I found Julie unhelpful and unmotivated to assist with the cleaning I have needed done in my home.There are other cleaners in Sooke who actually want your business
