John saved the day for this family of 7! Our hot water tank quit on us on Sunday night and John had us up and running again by Monday afternoon. Highly recommend this company! Thank you for being timely and honest.

Can't say enough good things about this company! Amazing!Our furnace stopped working over the weekend. Didn't want to pay for crazy after hour call out charges from the big companies. Found this small company on Google. Called on a Saturday, he was willing to meet me after his job which was a 1.5 hour drive away from me. Instead we found the problem troubleshooting over the phone, he ordered the part and installed it as soon as it arrived.Can't say enough good things about this company. Very happy with his service. Professional, friendly, very helpful, good prices and puts the customer first.I wouldn't bother calling anyone else!

Nothing but great things to say about this company.Our water tank broke down and they responded quickly and promptly and got us back up and running.Both John and Ben are professional and knowledgeable!

BlackJack is amazing!! John always goes out of his way to do whatever he can to diagnose and repair a system before replacing it. We have always had excellent service from BlackJack whether it be duct cleaning, water heater replacement and now a/c replacement.Ben did the latest work on the replacement of our air conditioner and was courteous, professional, thorough and friendly. I would recommend BlackJack again and again!

Coldest night of the year and our furnace broke. Of course every other company closed past 5pm. Called John and he tried to help us fix over the phone. When that didn’t work he jumped in his truck and drove all the way to Vernon from Salmon Arm to help us out. Got it going super quick, and the bill for the drive and the after hour service was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

I called Black Jack in a pinch about a month ago - we needed a furnace/ AC service and we needed it QUICK in order for the sale of a home to go through! John got back to me right away and was able to squeeze us in. So personable, knowledgeable, understanding and honest. Will definitely be calling them again in the future!
